The waters are calm, fed by fresh spring water, with colorful corals, rock formations, and 100+ species of fish.

Each room in the home features tropical decorations and furnishings for a refreshing atmosphere. The unit opens into an open floor plan consisting of the living room and kitchen. The kitchen is well equipped with upgraded black appliances and ample counter space. Four bar stools create dining space. Enjoy meals outside on the private lanai, which has a patio table and chairs for dining while watching mesmerizing sunsets over the ocean.

Quiet hours shall be from 9:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m, during which time the noise from the STVR shall not unreasonably disturb adjacent neighbors.
Sound that is audible beyond the property boundaries during non-quiet hours shall not be more excessive than would be otherwise associated with a residential area.
Guest vehicles shall be parked in the designated onsite parking area.
The STVR shall not be used for commercial purposes.
Parties or events of any kind are not allowed.
Pets are not allowed.
