• Washer and dryer in home.
• Lot parking available for 1 vehicle. Parking pass required and provided in the home.
• This home is pet friendly and can accommodate up to 2 pets. Please note that there is an additional Pet Fee of $35 per pet per day that is not included in your final booking cost. To pay your Pet Fee, please contact the Customer Care Team after booking.
• Guests are expected to return the (1) parking passes to unit at departure, a $200 fee per parking pass will be issued if failed to do so.
• Guests are expected to return (1) pool amenities key at departure, if key is not returned a fee of $200.00 will be issued.
• Stairs required.
- Due to the high incidence of theft and damage, we do not provide wash cloths for bathing. If you need wash cloths, you will want to bring your own. However, bath towels and hand towels are provided.
