Your vacation adventures begin the minute you arrive as you take full advantage of the European-style spa and fitness facility, two Greg Norman-designed championship golf courses, a formal pool with private cabanas, heated family pool with a water slide, an 850-foot lazy river, and Orlando’s only resort wave pool, the Champions 9 par-3 golf experience, ten different restaurants and eateries, and even on premise restaurant delivery. With all this right at your fingertips, you may even forget all about those nearby theme parks!

Back at the home, a more private entertainment experience awaits you and your group whether you’re basking in the sun at the pool on your very own screened-in lanai, enjoying a delicious meal al fresco in the shade, or immersing yourselves indoors for a screening of your favorite movie in the theater.

As for relaxation, the home has you covered there as well with living areas designed with your ultimate comfort in mind to inspire connectivity and the making of lasting memories. Binge on episodes of your favorite shows on the cable and smart TV while curled up together on plush living room sofa or armchair seating, surrounded in views of the lush outdoors. Disputes over what to watch are easily resolved in the loft where a second seating area offers comfortable sofa with chaise seating and mounted cable and smart TV. It’s even a retreat for the gamers with an Xbox already set up and ready to host hours of competitive fun. Back downstairs, the modern kitchen comes fully equipped with everything you need to prepare meals at home, showcasing stainless steel appliances, glossy granite countertops, and sleek white cabinetry stocked with cookware and dining ware. Enjoy quick bites at the high-top stool seating for 5 at the counter or formal meals gathered around the dining table with seating for 10, a vibrant Birds of Paradise mural adding artsy flair.

This home comfortably sleeps up to 18 guests between 8 private bedrooms and a queen size sleeper sofa in the living room.

Bedroom #1 includes a king size bed, cable and smart TV, and ensuite bathroom with a dual vanity and glass walk-in shower.

Bedroom #2 includes a king size bed, cable and smart TV, patio access, and ensuite bathroom with a dual vanity, soaking tub, and glass walk-in shower.

Bedroom #3 includes a king size bed, smart TV, and a Jack & Jill bathroom shared with bedroom #4 with a dual vanity and glass walk-in shower.

Bedroom #4 is a princess paradise with 2 twin size beds, a smart TV, and a Jack & Jill bathroom shared with bedroom #3 with a dual vanity and glass walk-in shower.

Bedroom #5 will take you to infinity and beyond with 2 twin size beds and a smart TV.

Bedroom #6 will have you singing ‘Hakuna Matata’ all night long with 2 twin size beds, a smart TV, and a Jack & Jill bathroom shared with bedroom #7 with a dual vanity and walk-in shower.

Bedroom #7 includes a king size bed, smart TV, and a Jack &; Jill bathroom shared with bedroom #6 with a dual vanity and walk-in shower.

Bedroom #8 includes a queen size bed and a smart TV.

The home also includes an additional full guest bathroom with a single vanity and shower/tub combo.

THINGS TO NOTE:
• Washer and dryer in unit.
• Driveway parking available for 3 vehicles maximum. Parking passes are required and will be provided upon arrival.
• A private grill can be rented for $150 for your stay up to one week depending on availability and subject to change. To request the use of a BBQ grill, please contact our customer service team few days prior to your check-in date. Please note that BBQ grill rental fees are non-refundable.
• Pool can be heated for an additional fee of $29 per night. Please contact our customer service after you have booked your stay for further payment. Please be advised that the pool heat is not included in your reservation cost. Charges for pool heat are non-refundable unless the heating system is experiencing issues. Pools need a minimum of 48 hours to heat properly. Pool heat is added for the whole stay or none of the stay. There is no partial pool heat allowed due to the high costs to bring up the temperature in the home.

Note: cold fronts in the winter months (<60 degrees) can cause the electric pool equipment not to function; this does not constitute mechanical failure and refunds for pool heat will not be issued. Home with heat pumps can only pull heat from the ambient air, and generally only 15-20 degrees above ambient is the temp the pools can get to.


• Bring your furry friends along! You can bring up to 2 dogs to this home. Just a heads-up, there's a pet fee of $35 per pet, per day. This isn't included in your booking cost, so after you book, just get in touch with our Customer Care Team to take care of the pet fee.

Many of Florida’s wildly popular theme parks are close nearby. Spend a day at Disney World (32 miles), observe exotic wildlife at Animal Kingdom (12 miles) and admire futuristic wonders at Epcot theme park (13 miles). Universal Studios is only 20 miles away — the world-famous, adrenaline pumping adventure park that needs no introduction.

Tennis courts at the country club are free to use. Located at 8950 Cliftons Draw Dr. This is also access for golfing. Rates vary by season and day.
