The home also includes an additional full guest bathroom with a single vanity and shower/tub combo.

• The gas fireplace is not for guest use.
• The complex offers public laundry facilities.
• The pool is seasonal and only open from Memorial Day - Labor Day.

• This home is equipped with one (1) external security camera, mounted on the front door and actively monitoring the home’s entrance.
