The home isn’t lacking its own desirable amenities, however! As an added bonus, the screened-in back deck includes a private hot tub to soothe all your cares away as you enjoy an evening glass of wine and the company of loved ones.

When you’re ready to venture out and explore the broader area, The Parkway will be your direct route to all the fun and entertainment of downtown Sevierville, Pigeon Forge, and Gatlinburg. Be sure to drop by the Sevier County Courthouse to snap a selfie with the life-size statue of country music legend Dolly Parton, afterward heading over to Dollywood for a fun-filled day of roller coasters, rides, and live shows. More family-friendly activities await in Gatlinburg, such as Ripley’s Aquarium of the Smokies, one of the top-rated aquariums in the U.S.

The loft includes a twin size daybed with a twin trundle, as well as a full size futon.

Take a day trip into Townsend (9 miles) with additional national park access, shops, dining, and river tubing. Famous country singer, Dolly Parton, was born in Sevier County, making it a monumental place for devoted fans to visit. Dollywood, the family theme park jointly owned by Parton is located 15 miles from the home.
