Onsite amenities include multiple pools, tennis courts, shuffleboard courts, a playground, an 18-hole putt-putt course, and fitness center. Guests have private access to the sandy beach via the Gulf Highlands Beach House Restaurant, a full-service restaurant also inclusive of a beachside pool.

As you head out to explore the greater area, St. Andrews State Park is just 15 minutes away offering many oceanfront trails, or you can venture to Pine Log State Forest or Conservation Park where inland trails and boardwalks are perfect for walking, hiking, and bicycling amid the trees and marshland. For shopaholics, a trip to the outdoor mall at Pier Park is a must. Bedroom #1 includes a king size bed, smart TV, balcony, and ensuite bathroom with a single vanity and walk-in shower.

Bedroom #2 includes a queen size bed, twin size bed, and smart TV.

The home also includes a half bathroom as well as an additional full guest bathroom with a single vanity and shower/tub combo.

THINGS TO NOTE:
• Washer and dryer in home.
• Lot parking available for 2 vehicles. Parking passes are required and will be provided upon arrival at the community gate.
• Golf cart rental fee is $40 per day, with a $200 deposit required. The deposit will be returned once the golf cart is verified to be undamaged.
