Perhaps you’d rather spend your day on the links playing a leisurely round of golf on either of the challenging courses, afterward enjoying a relaxing afternoon at the spa. You don’t have to leave the home, however, to enjoy the serenity of nature, as spacious upper and lower-level decks offer comfortable seating with a side of amazing views. The upper deck is screened in to protect you from the elements, so whether you choose to dine al fresco or just catch up on a good book, you won’t miss out on the beauty of this one-of-a-kind destination.

The living room offers plush sofa and armchair seating with a smart TV, so even while away you’ll never miss an episode of your favorite show. The galley kitchen showcases stainless steel appliances and striking blue cabinetry, fully equipped with all the comforts of home. Enjoy casual bites seated up at the counter on the high-top barstools for 5 or take your meals together in the formal dining room with an elegant table seating 8. This home comfortably sleeps 12 guests between 3 private bedrooms and one bonus room on the lower level.

Bedroom #1 includes a queen size bed, deck access, smart TV, and ensuite bathroom with a single vanity and shower/tub combo.

Bedroom #2 includes 2 queen size beds, deck access, a smart TV, and ensuite bathroom with a single vanity and shower/tub combo.

Bedroom #3 includes 2 queen size beds, deck access, a smart TV, and ensuite bathroom with a single vanity and shower/tub combo.

Accessible through Bedroom #3, the lower-level bonus room includes a queen size bed and a TV for gaming only.

• Check in at 4:00 pm, Check out at 10:00 am
• Washer and dryer in home.
• Driveway parking available for up to 3 vehicles. Street parking is not permitted.
• All HOA managed amenities are monitored by the HOA through video surveillance.
