The fully equipped kitchen showcases full sized appliances and ample counterspace and cabinetry for meal preparation and storage. Last but certainly not least, one of the home’s best features is the spacious, shaded outdoor balcony, where you can enjoy a meal al fresco or cap off the end of each perfect day enjoying the gorgeous sunsets with a refreshing cocktail.

This home sleeps up to 7 guests comfortably between 1 private bedroom, a private alcove, and a queen size sleeper sofa in the living room.

Bedroom #1 includes a king size bed, smart TV, balcony access, and ensuite bathroom with a dual vanity, soaking tub, and glass walk-in shower.

The alcove is just off the entryway and includes a twin-over-queen bunk bed as well as a smart TV.

The home also includes an additional full guest bathroom with an oversized single vanity and shower/tub combo.

• All Sunrise Beach Resort guests must be pre-registered to receive a Parking Permit. The registration fee is $40.00 per vehicle and is required by the Condominium Resort and its COA. This fee will include all amenities and parking pass(es). Limit of 2 parking passes per reservation. The registration link will be sent prior to guest arrival.
