Comprised of two distinct homes that can each be booked individually, Deja Blue Villa and Deja Blue Garden House, you now have the flexibility and convenience of booking both together, making this the perfect option for a couple’s retreat, family vacation, or friend’s getaway where you and your guests will each have your own unique and private space to retreat to during quieter hours.

These stunning homes are located in the heart of the Tampa Heights Historic District, a walkable community close to the city’s hottest attractions including Armature Works offering an upscale food court, bar, and lounge, as well as the Riverwalk packed with shopping, bars, restaurants, and family-friendly events all year round. Serene outdoor spaces offer the chance to soak in the fresh air and plentiful sunshine on comfortable seating. Whether you’re dining al fresco, grilling up a delicious barbeque lunch, or simply lounging the day away turning the pages of a good book, you’ll love spending time out here between adventurous hours exploring the area.

Deja Blue Villa was an “Inspiration Home” featured on the HGTV Series 100 Day Dream Home, a charming abode built to historic standards and showcasing plentiful wood windows allowing natural light to fully illuminate each room. As you enter, you’ll be greeted by the sitting room with bold yellow sofa and tufted armchairs inviting you to sip on your morning coffee while catching up with loved ones. The formal dining room includes seating for 6, showered in light from the elegant chandelier. From here, continue on to the kitchen, fully equipped for all your culinary endeavors with stainless steel appliances, stone countertops, and cabinetry stocked with cookware and dining ware. A café table for 2 is perfect for a light breakfast or a spread of afternoon hors d’oeuvres. The formal living room offers leather sofa and recliner seating along with a smart TV. On the second level you’ll find a fully equipped workout space featuring a stationary bike, Tonal smart gym, multi-functional game table, and even a dedicated workspace for catching up on those pesky emails.

In Deja Blue Garden House, bright, open spaces are adorned with comfortable furnishings accented by fun and colorful sea-chic décor. Sink into plush living room sofa seating while you binge episodes of all your favorite shows on the smart TV. The well-equipped kitchen showcases all-white appliances, stone countertops, and sleek cabinetry stocked with all the comforts of home. The café table for 2 is an ideal spot for savoring all your meals or a fresh cup of morning coffee.

This home sleeps 8 guests between 3 private bedrooms and a sleeper sofa on the 2nd level.

Bedroom #1 includes a queen size bed and ensuite bathroom with a single vanity and walk-in shower.

Bedroom #2 includes a king size bed, electric fireplace, and ensuite bathroom with a dual vanity, soaking tub, and walk-in shower.

Bedroom #3 includes a queen size bed and ensuite bathroom with a single vanity and shower/tub combo.

The home also includes a half bathroom.

Deja Blue Garden House
This home sleeps 4 guests between 2 private bedrooms.

Bedroom #1 includes a queen size bed.

Bedroom #2 includes a twin size bed with a twin size trundle.

The home’s full guest bathroom includes a single vanity and walk-in shower.

• Washer and dryer in each home.
• Alley and street parking available for 4 vehicles.
• Pet friendly! Maximum 2 dogs allowed. A daily pet fee of $25 per pet will be required in addition to your final booking cost. To pay your pet fee, please contact the Customer Care Team after booking. To avoid fines, please keep your pet on a leash and pick up after your pet.
• Reporting pets is non-negotiable/required and if guests fail to report/pay pet fees and evidence of pets are discovered upon check out, you will be charged for pet fees with additional fail to report fee $250 for not validating our rules.
• This home is equipped with three (3) external security cameras. The first is mounted on the front of the villa, actively monitoring the home’s entrance and front yard. The second is mounted in the alley, actively monitoring the side of the villa. The third is mounted in the alley, actively monitoring the side of the garden house.
