The home also includes 2 full guest bathrooms, the first with a single vanity and walk-in shower, and the second with a single vanity and shower/tub combo.

• Driveway and street parking available for 3 vehicles.
• This home is equipped with 2 external security cameras. The first is located on the front door, actively monitoring the front entry, front of house, and driveway. The second is located on the front window facing the driveway and front of the house but is inactive. The third is on the back door which actively monitors the rear of the home.
• The property is on well water; slight discoloration, or sediment can occur and is normal. The water is tested and safe to use.
