The downstairs features the first two bedrooms. Bedroom one has a queen bed and bedroom two has a full bed with a twin lofted bed. These two bedrooms share the downstairs bathroom that features a shower/tub combo. Upstairs you will find the master bedroom which features a queen bed and private balcony. The master bathroom has a walk-in shower. There is also a bonus loft with a futon upstairs!

This home is perfect for anyone looking for a quiet weekend in Tahoe or a relaxing stay-cation. It is also located minutes from Lake Tahoe, perfect for a day at the beach.

**We highly suggest purchasing Travel Insurance during the winter season when weather and road conditions can be unpredictable. Please note that this home can accommodate up to 2 pets, with an additional Pet Fee of $35.00 per pet per day. This fee is not included in your final booking price. If you are bringing pets, please contact our Customer Care Team after booking to pay the pet fee.

The number of overnight occupants shall not exceed two persons per permitted bedroom. Children six years of age or older are counted towards the occupancy limits.
