The Waikoloa Fairway Villas are located in an exquisite setting on the pristine private shores of King's Lake on the Waikoloa Beach Course. This luxurious villa provides a quiet and convenient location where you can enjoy the swimming pool, hot tub, onsite fitness facilities, shared gas grills, and nearby tennis/golf. The tropically landscaped property is close to shopping, championship golf, and ocean activities. Enjoy outstanding snorkeling and soak up the sun at "A" Bay.

Enter the home to be welcomed by a bright open floor plan. Connected are the kitchen, dining area, living room, and lanai. The kitchen is on your left, fully-equipped with upgraded black appliances and granite countertops. Seating for two is arranged at the built-in breakfast bar creating additional dining space and a way for guests to keep the chef company. Set your meals down at the formal dining table with seating for four to enjoy a home cooked dinner with all your guests. Alternatively, dine alfresco and enjoy the coastal breezes outside. A patio table and chairs are arranged for you to eat and sip on a Mai Tai while you watch the sunset over the lush golf course.

The living room has seating circled around a TV. At the end of the night relax with your loved ones and put a movie on. A DVD player, stereo, WIFI, central air conditioning, and a washer/dryer are provided to make you feel at home. The couch also functions as a sofa sleeper for further space.

Sleeping for up to six guests between the two bedrooms and the additional sleeper sofa in the living room. The master bedroom is furnished with a luxurious King-sized bed, ceiling fan, TV, and private bathroom. Your mornings will be tranquil as you get ready in the master bathroom by taking a soak in the garden bathtub. There is also a standalone shower and dual sinks.
