Grand Welcome Kansas City is locally owned and operated by husband-and-wife team, Robert and Andrea Thum.
Rob, a St. Louis native, graduated from Westminster College while Andrea, born and raised in Los Angeles, earned her degree from Kansas State University.
After graduating, Rob went on to serve as an officer in the United States Army and military life would take he and Andrea on a journey around the world. The couple married in 2017 and share two beautiful children. They share a passion for working out and spending time with their two Great Pyrenees dogs.
Rob and Andrea look forward to partnering with local Kansas City homeowners to help them maximize the potential of their vacation and investment homes and providing an exceptional experience for guests.
