You’ll be within a short distance to the area’s best attractions such as the picturesque Comal River, the adrenaline-pumping Schlitterbahn Waterpark, and the downtown area with its rich German heritage and charming Bavarian-style architecture. Of course, no visit to Texas would be complete without indulging in some authentic barbeque, of which the city boasts an array of joints serving up the finest smoked meats and traditional southern sides. This will be an experience you’ll remember for a lifetime!

The home’s interior is a welcome retreat during your well-earned downtime, where modern, brightly lit spaces are adorned with contemporary furnishings and simple-chic décor. The living room includes a soft, L-shaped sofa with chaise lounge for bingeing all your favorite episodes on the smart TV. A dedicated workspace includes a desk and chair for keeping up with those pesky emails. The attached, open-air balcony provides a breezy space for your morning coffee or an evening cocktail, overlooking the sweeping views of the surrounding area. Back indoors, the stylish kitchen includes stainless steel appliances, stone countertops, and sleek white cabinetry stocked with everything you need to whip up delicious meals right at home. Snag a seat at the high-top table for 2 for all your dining needs, whether unpacking takeout from a delicious local restaurant or snacking on a spread of delicious appetizers.

This home comfortably sleeps 4 guests between a private bedroom and queen size sleeper sofa in the living room. The bedroom includes a luxurious queen size bed fitted with crisp linens and soft blankets for a great night’s sleep, along with a smart TV. The ensuite bathroom includes a single vanity and glass walk-in shower.

• Dedicated parking available for 1 vehicle, with additional parking on community surface lots as needed.
• Pet friendly! Maximum 1 Dogs, 50 lbs. or less allowed. An additional daily Pet Fee of $35 per pet will be required in addition to your final booking cost. To pay your Pet Fee, please contact the Customer Care Team after booking. Pets are not permitted on the beds or furniture. To avoid fines, pets must be leashed at all times when walking outside of the unit.
• This home is equipped with one (1) external security doorbell camera, mounted on the main entrance, and actively monitoring the walk-up to the door.
