In a short 10-15-minute walk you can be at Coligny Beach Park, an award-winning park with showers, gazebos, scenic walkways, and more. The home also includes a half bathroom as well as an additional full guest bathroom with a single vanity and shower/tub combo.

THINGS TO NOTE:
• There is a 30 day minimum required to book this home during the winter months (December-March).
• Lot parking available for 2 vehicles. Parking passes are required and will be issued upon arrival.
• This is a quiet 2nd floor unit with stairs required for entry. No elevator is available.
• Pet friendly! Dogs only, maximum 1 dog, 35 lbs. or less allowed. If you are bringing a pet, please note that the pet fee is not included in the total price. An additional flat fee of $150 applies, and a maximum of 1 pet is allowed in the unit. If you have any questions or concerns, please feel free to contact us. Dogs must be well-behaved and not exhibit destructive tendencies.
