My Story

Grand Welcome of Winter Park, Colorado is owned by Bill Ritter. After a successful career spent in banking, capital markets, and real estate, Bill is putting his skills and experience to use in the travel and vacation rental space in Winter Park. 

Bill enjoys travel, spending time with family and friends, and engaging in outdoor activities like running, mountain biking, and snow skiing. He is also a beer enthusiast and is a co-founding member of TrimTab Brewing Company, located in Birmingham, Alabama.

Now he's excited to share his passion for Winter Park with visitors to the area. He is partnering with  homeowners and assembling an outstanding team of local management and vendors to assist him in creating a premium vacation rental management program.
