Another set of sliding glass doors allow just that as they take you from the living area to the back patio where additional seating faces the shared community pool and back lawn.

Bedroom #2 has a queen size bed and smart tv. This room shares a Jack and Jill bathroom with dual sinks and walk-in shower.

Bedroom #3 has a queen size bed and smart tv. This room also shares the Jack and Jill bathroom with dual sinks and walk-in shower.

Bedroom #4 has a queen size bed, smart tv, and ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower.

In reservations longer than 29 nights, the guest pays the actual cost of utilities. A $1500 utility deposit is required at time of check in and the actual utility costs will be deducted from this deposit within 21 days of departure.
