Two separate yet equally well-equipped kitchens give you versatility for meal preparation, both inclusive of full-sized appliances, ample counterspace, and sleek cabinetry stocked with cookware and dining ware. Your dining options are aplenty between the high-top stool seating at either of the kitchen’s counters for quicker and more casual bites or the formal dining room with table and seating for 8.

This home comfortably sleeps up to 10 guests between 4 private bedrooms and a queen size sleeper sofa in the living room.

Bedroom #4 includes a queen size bed, smart TV, patio access, and ensuite bathroom with a single vanity and walk-in shower.

The home also includes 2 additional full guest bathrooms, the first with a single vanity and glass walk-in shower and the second with a floating vanity and shower/tub combo.

• Washer and dryer in home.
• Driveway parking available for up to 2 vehicles.
• Please note there are two buildings on the property, the main house and a cottage. This unit is the main house, located closest to the driveway.
• Pet friendly! Maximum 2 pets, 45 lbs. or less allowed. No aggressive breeds or exotic animals. An additional daily pet fee of $35 per pet will be required. To pay your pet fee, please contact the Customer Care Team after booking. To avoid fines, please keep your pet on a leash and pick up after your pet.
• This home is equipped with two (2) external security cameras. The first is located on the exterior corner of the house closest to the front door, actively monitoring the driveway and entrance. The second is located on the corner of the house opposite the driveway, actively monitoring the walkway between the main house and the cottage.

Greater Fort Lauderdale has 300 miles of inner waterways, leading to the nickname of ‘Venice of America’ and fun activities like gondola rides and water taxis. Along Las Olas Boulevard, explore shopping, dining, and the historic districts, or take a walk down Fort Lauderdale's landscaped beachfront promenade, with its signature white wave wall and paved brick path. Day trips are a great idea with nearby destinations like Everglades National Park (50 minutes) and Miami (45 minutes).

Quiet hours after 9pm. Strictly enforced via in-house noise monitors (these monitors do not record, only track decibel level). You may be asked to leave with no refund if Quiet hours are not respected. This is strictly controlled by the City.
