Serene outdoor spaces are surrounded by lush native foliage offering both sunny and shaded areas to immerse yourself in the fresh air and abundant rays whether dining al fresco or turning the pages of a good book. When you’re looking to venture out and spend a day at the beach or explore the rich cultural tapestry of the city, the home is within close proximity to both, providing even more opportunities for fun in the sun. By sea, take a scenic boat cruise along the Intercoastal Waterway or a thrilling airboat ride through the Everglades. On land, immerse yourself in mesmerizing masterpieces at the NSU Art Museum or marvel at the captivating exhibits at the Museum of Discovery and Science. Of course, you must also set aside some time to explore the shopping and dining scene offering everything from quaint seaside cafes to award winning restaurants and eclectic boutiques.

Inside Palm Paradise Getaway, the open floorplan creates organic flow between spaces adorned with contemporary furnishings and sophisticated décor. The living room offers sofa seating as well as a mounted smart TV where you can spend hours bingeing episodes of your favorite shows. Two separate yet equally well-equipped kitchens give you versatility for meal preparation, both inclusive of full-sized appliances, ample counterspace, and sleek cabinetry stocked with cookware and dining ware. Your dining options are aplenty between the high-top stool seating at either of the kitchen’s counters for quicker and more casual bites or the formal dining room with table and seating for 8.

At Palm Paradise Retreat, bright, open spaces are adorned with comfortable furnishings and beach-chic décor. Curl up on the sofa while you keep up your favorite shows on the smart TV. Steps away, the well-equipped kitchen is stocked with all the comforts of home whether you’re whipping up light meals on the go or unpacking the contents of delicious takeout from a newly discovered local restaurant. The table seats the whole crew for formal meals or can play host to a fun and spontaneous game night. Step outdoors to whip up a delicious barbeque feast on the grill or enjoy some peace and quiet turning the pages of a good book on the chaise lounge.

Palm Paradise Getaway (Main Home)
This home sleeps up to 10 guests between 4 private bedrooms and a queen size sleeper sofa in the living room.

Bedroom #1 includes a queen size bed and a smart TV.

Bedroom #2 includes a queen size bed.

Bedroom #3 includes a queen size bed.

Bedroom #4 includes a queen size bed, smart TV, patio access, and ensuite bathroom with a single vanity and walk-in shower.

The home also includes 2 additional full guest bathrooms, the first with a single vanity and glass walk-in shower and the second with a floating vanity and shower/tub combo.

Palm Paradise Retreat (Cottage)
This home sleeps up to 4 guests between a private bedroom and queen size sleeper sofa in the living room. The bedroom includes a luxurious queen size bed, work desk, smart TV, and patio access. The home’s full bathroom includes a single vanity and walk-in shower.

THINGS TO NOTE:
• Washer and dryer in the main home.
• Driveway parking available for up to 3 vehicles. Street parking is strictly prohibited.
• Pet friendly! Maximum 2 pets, 45 lbs. or less allowed. No aggressive breeds or exotic animals. An additional daily pet fee of $35 per pet will be required. To pay your pet fee, please contact the Customer Care Team after booking. To avoid fines, please keep your pet on a leash and pick up after your pet.
• This home is equipped with two (2) external security cameras. The first is located on the exterior corner of the house closest to the front door, actively monitoring the driveway and entrance. The second is located on the corner of the house opposite the driveway, actively monitoring the walkway between the main house and the cottage.

Greater Fort Lauderdale has 300 miles of inner waterways, leading to the nickname of ‘Venice of America’ and fun activities like gondola rides and water taxis. Along Las Olas Boulevard, explore shopping, dining, and the historic districts, or take a walk down Fort Lauderdale's landscaped beachfront promenade, with its signature white wave wall and paved brick path. Day trips are a great idea with nearby destinations like Everglades National Park (50 minutes) and Miami (45 minutes).
