Winterset #28 | Shared Hot Tub & Sauna!

The convenient location of Winterset #28 allows for easy access to Little Eagle Ski Lodge and is even within walking distance to the Green Line Shuttle. Being in the center of action in Mammoth Lakes, shops and restaurants are also close by. Whether you are visiting to hit the slopes or hike along the lakeside trails, Winterset will have you wishing you could stay longer.

The living room is located on the 2nd floor and is furnished with a wood burning fireplace, Youtube TV (with Amazon Firesticks), and a DVD player. Light the fireplace to warm up after hitting the slopes. The whole family can lounge in here with some hot cocoa and a movie. TiVo and WIFI are also provided for your convenience. Behind the couch, is a bar and seating perfect for entertaining.

If you need to catch a breath of fresh air, step outside onto the private balcony. The balcony has amazing views of Meridian Boulevard and the Sherwin Mountains. A BBQ is prepared for grilling up dinner as well.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a wine chiller, toaster, coffee maker, blender, slow cooker, waffle maker, pots, pans and more. There is a dining table with seats for 6 and the breakfast bar has seats for 2.

The mudroom is by the entryway, downstairs, and handily available to hang your winter coats and snow gear. The master bedroom is located on the same floor and furnished with a King bed, mounted TV, closet, and bathroom. Down the hall is the guest bedroom. This bedroom is furnished with a Queen bed, mounted TV, and a bathroom.

The last sleeping area can be found on the third floor of the home, in the loft. There are 2 sets of bunk beds, a single Twin, and TV. The first bunk bed is a Twin over Full. The second bunk bed is a Twin over Twin.

Winterset offers 2 assigned outdoor parking spots. The communal pool and BBQ stations are only open during the summer while the hot tub and the sauna are open year round.

Under the COVID regulations, the spa will be open from 3PM to 10PM. Guests will be required to sign up for daily use on the sheet by the spa and will have 30 minutes to one family unit at a time. No more than 8 people are allowed. You must have a mask on and maintain 6-foot physical distancing. The condo complex common areas like the bathroom, showers, and sauna will be closed.

Please note that requests for late checkout must be received no later than 10:00 AM local time on the day prior to your departure. Early check-in and late checkout are based on availability and require approval, and may be subject to an additional fee of up to $60.00 depending on the number of additional hours requested.
