Winterset Condo | Near Shuttle & Year-Round Fun!

Year-round activities can also be found close by. Summertime calls for hiking, biking, and golfing at the Snowcreek Golf Course. During the winter the free green shuttle service stops near Winterset and travels to the Eagle Lodge and the Village.

The living room is furnished with a plush sectional couch placed in front of a flat screen TV, BluRay DVD player and wood burning fireplace. After a day skiing and snowboarding down the mountain, light a fire and get cozy on the couch with a movie on. WiFi is also provided. A guest bathroom can be found around the corner for all guests to share. A washer and dryer are also handy for any longer visits. If the fireplace gets a little warm, open the balcony doors to step outside and enjoy the partial mountain view.

The kitchen is perfect for homemade meals and hearty breakfasts. There is a toaster, drip coffee maker, electric stove top, blender, pots, pans and more. The dining table has seats for 6 and there are 2 seats on the breakfast bar.

There are 2 bedrooms found down the hall on the main floor. The master bedroom has a King bed, a small mounted flat screen TV, and an attached bathroom for privacy. The guest bedroom has a Queen bed, TV, and attached bathroom. Upstairs is a bonus loft with a Twin over Full bunk bed, trundle, and TV. An office desk is also prepared for any last minute work that needs to be done, or for playing games on.

Winterset offers 2 assigned outdoor parking spots. The communal pool and BBQ stations are only open during the summer while the hot tub and the sauna are open year round.

Under the COVID regulations, the spa will be open from 3PM to 10PM. Guests will be required to sign up for daily use on the sheet by the spa and will have 30 minutes to one family unit at a time. No more than 8 people are allowed. You must have a mask on and maintain 6-foot physical distancing. The condo complex common areas like the bathroom, showers, and sauna will be closed.

Please note that requests for late checkout must be received no later than 10:00 AM local time on the day prior to your departure. Early check-in and late checkout are based on availability and require approval, and may be subject to an additional fee of up to $60.00 depending on the number of additional hours requested.
