Summer adventurers have a variety of activity options too. Restaurants or shopping in Mammoth Village, the Snowcreek Golf Course, and numerous hiking or biking paths are just a quick car ride away.
The kitchen has all the appliances any chef could need to prepare meals. A formal dining table is steps from the kitchen. A mudroom perfect for storing your ski and snowboard equipment is located near the front of the home.
Couches and chairs circle the 56' Smart TV (Netflix, Hulu, Disney+) with regular cable. Turn on the fireplace (wood provided) and get cozy while watching a movie with the family. You will feel right at home with wireless internet. The couch also functions as a sofa sleeper for additional sleeping space. Open the sliding glass doors to catch a breath of crisp air and take in the partial mountain view. A rug and 2 chairs are provided here.
The kitchen has all the appliances any chef could need to prepare meals. It includes: full set of Cuisinart knives, double toaster, blender, crock pot, Lodge cast iron dutch oven, non-stick pans, cheese grater, pyrex baking dishes, Cuisinart coffee maker, large cutting board, and more!
The master bedroom has a comfortable California King bed and a desk for any remote work needs. There is an attached private bathroom and vanity area. The large second bedroom is great for the kids. This room is furnished with 2 Twin over Full bunk beds with brand new mattresses (March 2021). There is also an attached private bathroom and vanity area. This room is so large that it also has 2 comfortable swivel chairs for a nice hang out spot!
Underground parking is available for 1 car (garage height 7'1'). Laundry facilities and elevators are in each building. The shared condo BBQ stations, picnic areas, and a swimming pool only open during the summer. The 3 hot tubs are open year round. Some of the condo amenities like the hot tub will not be available due to COVID.
