The master bedroom has a king bed, direct patio access, and an ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower, dual sinks, and marble tiling. The first guest bedroom offers a queen bed with doors to the side yard. The second guest bedroom has a queen bed. A full guest bathroom with walk-in shower serves the hallway. The half bathroom is located in the laundry room. The main living room features plush seating in front of dramatic floor-to-ceiling windows, plus a separate sitting area with a mounted flat screen TV and sound system. WiFi and streaming keep you connected. The chef's kitchen is outfitted with stainless steel appliances, marble countertops, and seating for five. A Nana door slides open to blend the kitchen with the backyard. Beautiful home
Beautiful home and property. The master bedroom had a very comfortable bed. Home was clean and well appointed. Short walk to the beach and a very short walk to the Music Academy of the West. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Definitely will book the this property again next year when attending the same event.

Very nice home. Great proximity to beaches and town. One thing to note is that mobile signal is a bit weak, although we found that to be true in many parts of Santa Barbara and Montecito. We would highly recommend this home.

Very nice, clean 3 bedroom home in an excellent location with a nice yard. 5 minutes walk or so from a great beach, close to lower Montecito fillage Fully enjoyed our stay and would happily stay there again

The house was very nice and essentially new. The location near the Beach and Biltmore are perfect. Unfortunately the technology was on the blink and not working properly. You need to have Sling and bring all your passwords! The other odd thing is that there is no door on the master bathroom!
