A sunroom with sliding doors opens to let in the summer breeze. The first bedroom has a king bed and en suite bathroom with a soaking tub, dual sinks, and walk-in shower. The second bedroom has a queen bed. A dedicated office with a laptop work desk is available for remote work. The guest house has its own layout with the living room upstairs, furnished with a sofa and Smart TV. A dining table for 4 and a kitchenette give you flexibility. The first bedroom has a king bed. The second bedroom is downstairs with 2 twin beds, great for kids. The backyard connects both houses with a hot tub featuring a waterfall, a firepit, an outdoor fireplace, and multiple seating areas to enjoy warm evenings. Washer and dryer are in-unit. Streaming services and WiFi throughout. Parking for 2 vehicles.
