The kitchen is equipped with a drip coffee maker, oven, blender, and full cookware. The sunroom has sliding doors that open to the backyard, bringing in warm summer air and natural light.

The first bedroom has a King bed with an en suite bathroom that includes a soaking tub, dual sinks, and a walk-in shower. The second bedroom has a Queen bed. A separate office den provides a laptop work desk for remote work needs.

The backyard is designed for year-round relaxation with a hot tub complete with waterfall feature, a firepit for summer gatherings, an outdoor fireplace, and multiple seating areas.
