Awesome location with great views. Very clean. The only issues we had was that the oven didn’t work or get fixed & a couple of other things that needed to be fixed. Other than that it was great!

Super clean, amazing view, had everything you could need, and an easy drive into Santa Barbara. A couple issues came up during our stay and the team was super responsive and kind. Highly recommend.

Sehr sauber und genau wie auf den Bildern. Auf der Terrasse war es aber sehr laut und selbst im Haus hat man den Highway 101 noch leise gehört.

I absolutely fell in love with the place. It was so peaceful and beautiful. Safety was a main concern of mine, since I was traveling alone, and I could not have felt safer and more at home. The view was amazing, the neighborhood was so quiet. Within walking distance you could easily spend the day in the beautiful shops, eateries, beach and the beautiful bird sanctuary. It was also easy to get on the freeway and head to surrounding areas. I’m so happy I chose this place. I hope to book again in the future.

This was a great place with an amazing view. It had most of the amenities we needed. The only drawbacks were no air conditioning and being so close to the freeway. We needed to keep the windows open at night to let the breeze in, but we heard the freeway noise because of that. Great little area just south of SB with quaint restaurants and shops.

This was a marvelous vacation experience. The panoramic ocean view from this spacious studio was breathtaking. I can best describe its sparkling clean interior as elegant and classy. It was obviously upgraded in recent years, to include a modern kitchen area, beautiful flooring, and dark stained window and door frame trim. The queen size bed was very comfortable, and my wife and I commented more than once that we were sleeping better in it than in our bed at home. One other thing: I can’t say enough about the VRBO support we received throughout our stay. Questions we had were answered immediately and there was a strong sense that staff wanted to make sure that we were thoroughly enjoying ourselves, which indeed we were.

Ho soggiornato in questa casa e l’esperienza è stata davvero ottima! L’abitazione è curata nei dettagli, pulitissima e dotata di tutto il necessario per sentirsi come a casa. La posizione è comoda e tranquilla, perfetta per rilassarsi ma anche per raggiungere facilmente i punti di interesse della zona.

This Summerland home was a great vacation getaway. Like the description mentions, the highway and train are very audible, but it is quiet most of the time. The host is very courteous and quick to reply to messages.

Great place I stayed over a month. My portable air filter drowned out the 101 so it never bothered me. It is well equipped for a long stay. Very private, incredible view, great town, nearby beaches are beautiful. I would definitely stay there again. They quickly respond to any issues. Just book it!
