Make sure you set aside some time to take a ride on the Palm Springs Aerial Tramway, transporting you over the soaring cliffs of Chino Canyon to the pristine wilderness of the Mt. San Jacinto State Park where you’ll find a museum, theaters, and over 50 miles of hiking trails. Closer to the home, the David H. Ready Palm Springs Dog Park is the perfect spot for your furry friends to stretch their paws and make new friends while you mingle with the locals.

Your first stop among the home’s wonderful amenities is certain to be the tropical oasis backyard, complete with sparkling inground pool, bubbling overflow spa, plentiful chaise loungers with optional shading, a dining table, and gas grill for hosting delicious homecooked barbeques. Head indoors to find even more to love among the bright, open spaces immaculately curated with contemporary furnishings and polished décor. The living room offers plush L-shaped sofa seating, a gas fireplace, and a mounted smart TV for keeping up with episodes of all your favorite stream-ready shows. You may not even mind spending time in the stylish kitchen whipping up meals large and light, surrounded by stainless steel appliances, glossy stone countertops, and warm wood cabinetry stocked with cookware and dining ware. Gather around the table for formal dining with seating for the whole crew, the views of the picturesque backyard kept front and center.

This home comfortably sleeps 6 guests between 3 private bedrooms.

Bedroom #1 includes 2 twin size beds and a built-in desk.

Bedroom #2 includes a king size bed and smart TV.

Bedroom #3 includes a king size bed, smart TV, patio access, and ensuite bathroom with a dual vanity and tiled shower/tub combo.

The home also includes an additional full guest bathroom with a single vanity and tiled walk-in shower.

• Driveway parking available for 2 vehicles, with additional parking on the street as needed.
• Pet friendly! An additional daily pet fee of $35 per pet will be required in addition to your final booking costs. Max 2 dogs, no cats. To pay your pet fee, please contact the Customer Care Team after booking. To avoid fines, please pick up after your pets!

-- Pool can be heated for an additional $100 a night, which includes spa heat. This is 100% optional and we must be notified at the latest 48 hours prior to your arrival, otherwise cannot be activated. Fee must be paid prior to arrival and added for entire duration as it take 24 hours to heat.

- Pool Heating $100 per day, (includes spa) - If you would like the pool heated please make sure to ask about its availability prior to booking and add no later than 48 hours prior to arrival. It must be heated for the full length of your stay and cannot be added during. -Our pools usually heat to about 20 degrees above the ambient outside temperatures with the max temperature set to 87 degrees. While Palm Springs is warm most of the year, we do experience cold fronts that affect how warm the pools can get when heated. Please keep this mind for your trip if booking during Palm Springs colder months. Thank you!
*Spa heat only $50/day - when you turn the hot tub on it heats independently of the pool. So the pool can be ice cold and it will still heat up. It just takes longer as the hot tub water filters through the pool so it will be the same temperature.

Please be aware that the pool and spa heating fee is not included in the total booking charges and must be paid before check-in. Pool heating is available October through May, and requests must be made at least 48 hours prior to your arrival.



The location of this home is as appealing as its beautiful design. A 5-minute drive will take you to Downtown Palm Springs with its central shopping district including vintage boutiques,
interior design shops, chic restaurants, and art galleries. The mountains are of course nearby with the popular attraction of the Palm Springs Aerial Tramway, plus nature trails for hiking, horseback riding, and biking all around.

Be sure to visit the hot springs, golf courses, and spas which the area is known for. Palm Springs is an amazing geographic location that also puts you within range of day trips to places like Joshua Tree National Park and Coachella.

This property is non-smoking. You will be fined $500 plus mitigation costs if evidence of smoking is found.
Do not exceed the maximum number of cars or occupants. These totals are 6 overnight guests and 10 daytime guests.
The private pool and spa can be heated at an additional cost of $100/day. Please contact us if you are interested in pool heat at least 24 hours in advance of your expected need
