The second bedroom offers a king bed and smart TV. The third bedroom has two twin beds and a built-in desk for remote work. The guest bathroom features a single vanity and tiled walk-in shower. The living room has an L-shaped sofa, gas fireplace, and mounted smart TV with streaming access. The kitchen is outfitted with stainless steel appliances, stone countertops, wood cabinetry, full cookware, and dining ware. A dining table seats six with views to the backyard. 🏊 The pool and spa anchor the outdoor space, surrounded by chaise loungers with shade options, a dining table, and gas grill. WiFi throughout. Lovely place. Well appointed. Comfy beds. Clean. Well located. Hot tub and pool were a nice feature in the heat. Plenty of towels. Would be great to have extension cords so guests could plug in electronics at the bedside. Also no facial tissue onsite which isn't a big deal, but weird since the place isn't cheap. Property management was responsive and great. Owners clearly love their place and want guests to enjoy. We recommend the property!

Really nice place, and great value. Communications were difficult - too many people involved between Grand Welcome and actual manager. Emails were inaccurate and confusing. Microwave didn’t work, but eventually they brought a new one. Needs blackout shades in primary bedroom.Overall great stay. Place was clean and well stocked. Nice linens and plenty of towels. Nice little yard for the dogs!

Sexy pad with all the mid century touches and a gorgeous pool and spa with a resort like feel. The hosts have thought of everything! I would definitely recommend this gem.

We had a great Thanksgiving break stay. There was an issue with the pool heating, which costs extra, that was dealt with quickly. The hosts responded immediately to our messages and even stopped by to make sure everything was going smoothly with the pool. The house was stocked with kitchen tools for our breakfasts. A Great Alexander Experience, as advertised!

This property is in a great location, and close to everything Palm Springs. The backyard is very private with a pool and spa as well as dog-friendly. I've booked this property on more than several occasions.

This place is straight-up magic. Super open, super comfy, and all the little homey details are there. If you’re into cooking, grilling, or just vibing like you’re at home, it’s kind of perfect. The backyard? Unreal. Pool, jacuzzis, real grass—total dream setup. Ask them to warm the pool, you can swim at night, it’s amazing. And it’s literally a minute from the Palm Springs airport. Can’t recommend it enough. I’ll be back every time I’m in the area.

Beautiful home! Great pool and hot tub! Well stocked with amenities. Wonderful stay! My only fault is that the cul de sac the home is on, paired with the massive apartment complex overlooking the property made me feel uneasy. The property managers offered the code for the alarm however which was nice. Great time!
