Modern Palm Springs Pool Home Near Downtown Sleeps 8

My friends and I stayed here for Coachella and it was perfect! Plenty of space and had everything we needed. We were able to ask last minute for early and late check in/out at no extra charge and quickly received a response approving both. And while other hosts were cancelling Airbnb reservations to increase prices over this weekend, this host was honest and respectful of our booking! Highly recommend this property.

We had a wonderful experience - the house was clean, the kitchen was well stocked for quick meals at home and the pool was just what we needed. We did opt to pay for pool heating and I’m thankful we did. We appreciated that ample beach towels were provided and we could do laundry during our time there as well. Our teenagers loved having their own rooms and soaking up the sun. Check in process was a breeze. We would definitely stay there again. We found communication with the property managers (Grand Welcome) a little inconsistent and confusing prior to our stay. They’d send something to complete and I’d return it and they’d continue to ask for it. They had computer issues one day when I called and said they’d call me back but never did etc. Thankfully nothing was urgent so we had time to wait in those instances. Once we were in and settled, everything with the property was great!

My trip was for work this time , so the location it’s what mattered to me , the house was nice just as described on the app, I will probably come back to enjoy the views and the pool more next time than you .

This is one of the most picturesque and relaxing locations in the area. The home was inviting, spacious, and perfect for the holidays. It was one of the best values for the last minute booking and provided the perfect ambiance for hosting the never-ending rotation of family visitors. The host provided so many entertainment options that the entire property had age appropriate fun at every turn. It is located within walking minutes of the airport, several shopping areas, and local specialties like one of the best vegan restaurants around. Yet, you hear nothing outside the doors. The location somehow makes it easy to travel the main streets and avoid them when the traffic starts to build. You will be hard-pressed to find better choices. I plan to stay here again.

Great place to stay in a quiet neighborhood, the location of the home is ideal, not too far from the main point of interest. Host was always responsive and accommodating. I would book here again.

The place was so cute and very clean. It has everything you need. Tons of good quality kitchen appliances and tools. My only suggestion would be a few extra bath towels. We enjoyed our stay!

This house was perfect for our brief stay in Palm Springs to attend a family wedding. The property managers were super responsive and helpful. The house is comfortable and attractive with plenty of updates and amenities. The backyard pool was a refreshing oasis, the view of the mountains, sublime. we loved staying in this quiet family neighborhood, close to downtown and the Parker Palms wedding venue. Note that there is not much shade in the backyard so don't forget to pack sunscreen.We loved our visit and would be more that happy to stay here again.

We had a great stay at this house! It was clean, well-kept, and had everything we needed. The location is close enough to downtown for easy access, but far enough away to still feel quiet and private. The pool and BBQ area were definite highlights—perfect for relaxing and enjoying the weather. Would definitely stay here again!

I loved this property and highly recommend staying here if you’re ever in the area. Host was communicative and helpful if we ever had any questions. Pool was essential for the outdoor climate as well! Go here if you’re ever in the area, we’ll be back too!

The location was perfect and close to the airport, restaurants and everything we wanted to do. The house was gorgeous. The only downside, was the gate to the driveway. Having to get out and open it and close it. Not sure the gate was necessary as it didn’t have a lock. Other than that, it was perfect. It had all the amenities that we needed

The house is very nice – it’s well equipped and decorated well. It also has some convenient extras, such as a safe, a set of hand weights, throw blankets and a laundry basket. The living room sofas are somewhat small — the largest one is not long enough to lie down on unless you’re a rather short person.The house is not far from the airport, so there is some noise from planes taking off and landing, which might be a concern for very light sleepers.I encountered a few technical issues with the management company. I was notified by the booking agency that the management company couldn’t process my payment, so I had to call them directly to make the payment. Then, after I completed the required city rental form, I received an email saying that I hadn’t yet done it. When I arrived at the house, there was no information about how to access the wi-fi network, so I had to reach out to the management company for that info.Other minor issues: the patio umbrella stand was broken. When I notified management, they ordered a new one right away and even sent a handyman to the house to put it together. I was impressed by how quickly they resolved it. But the broken stand should have been noticed and fixed before I arrived. Another minor inconvenience: all of the clocks were wrong. I reset them, but little things like this should have been taken care of.Overall, I enjoyed my stay and the house was very clean and comfortable, though I will probably choose a different house next time.

It was an easy stay. A beautiful space. Contact with owners was easy. heated pool was lovely. WiFi randomly went out and make sure to turn on the flow hood if cooking or using the oven. The fire alarm is very sensitive. The listing says 5 bedrooms…but we only saw 4. These weren’t Huge inconveniences to us…the space supplied everything we needed. Loved the double head shower. Very nice space to enjoy with my friends for the weekend.
