Description

This 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom home sleeps 4 guests comfortably. The first bedroom has a king bed with patio access and an ensuite bathroom featuring a dual vanity and shower/tub combo. The second bedroom includes a king bed with patio access. A full guest bathroom offers a single vanity and shower/tub combo. The open living room features a plush sofa, armchair, and mounted smart TV with streaming capabilities. The formal dining room seats 6 at a stylish table. The kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, grey cabinets, and stone countertops for preparing everything from light appetizers to family dinners. 🏔️ Step outside to the partially shaded back patio where you can dine al fresco while taking in the panoramic mountain views. Guests have access to community amenities including a pool, hot tub, and tennis courts. WiFi is available throughout. ☀️ Summer days are spent lounging by the pool, while winter offers comfortable temperatures for hiking nearby trails and exploring Palm Springs. Very clean rental condo. Great location on the complex perimeter facing the Preserve.Initial confusion on gate entry, but once I realized there was a gate fob that was solved.TV took some time to figure out, but we did.Very central location in Palm Springs.Very easy to go for morning walks.All in all, we would return.

Started badly because the codes for the entry gate didn’t work. Although I was able to speak with somebody I was fortunate enough to follow another car into the pry. It was clean but time-worn. Sliding doors opened with difficulty and the broomsticks to “lock” these were difficult and disconcerting. Kitchen was excellent with nice appliances. Laundry was outside the unit adjacent to a small patio; each use of it involved fighting the sticky sliding doors although it was functional. The TV was too “smart” for me and I was unable to access local channels and was stuck with streaming. The photos online were too nice and a bit misleading. Lighting in the primary bedroom is wanting.

The place was exactly as advertised and super clean. Would absolutely recommend the place. Nice having the walking paths right outside the unit and we very much enjoyed the pool since Palm Springs was experiencing a rare heat wave in March. Great communication from the property management. All around great place to stay and would stay again.

Terrific condo in a great location with great amenities. Entire place was clean, well kept, and had all of the basics for any necessary cooking. Heated pools were clean and well kept as well.

Clean, spacious, easy to check in and out, good communication with the host, ideal location for going downtown as well as exploring nature. Love the pool and the laundry facilities were especially convenient. Would definitely come back!

This condo was very nicely appointed, very clean, nicely landscaped, with a convenient kitchen, and a great location. The patio overlooked the mountains and the nature preserve with walking and biking trails right outside the door. We enjoyed Little Beverly Hills adjacent to the complex with its midcentury architecture. Easy access to downtown PS by car.

Enjoyed my stay in Palm Springs. Condo was very clean and exactly as described in listing. Location was good, being close to downtown Palm Springs and various restaurants. Close to hiking and outdoor activities. Would definitely recommend for future visits.

Our family was very happy with this vaction rental. We have stayed in many vrbo's and this one was well equipped and clean. The location was convenient and the nature reserve was an added bonus. We enjoyed listening to the various birds right outside the patio. I would stay here again and would recommend the unit to other family members.

Perfect apartment to spend 1 week in Palm Springs. The location is not too far from downtown. The gardens are very nice and the view of the mountains is amazing.The pool and tennis court are a plus.
