Let me begin with the MANY positives! We have stayed in at the property over 4 times across ten years. 1.) The location is IDEAL!. Quiet, yet within a few blocks of N Palm Canyon and downtown. 2.) The pool/spa is within steps of the condo and since the complex is small, it was never crowded. 3.) Parking is fine, yet you are under a tree. Although the shade is appreciated, you do get some dirt on your car. 4.) The condo was SPOTLESS upon arrival. 5.) One of the best supplied condos we have ever rented. So many cooking amenities were supplied. 6.) HVAC was amazingly efficient. 7.) Check in was seamless and communication with Grand Welcome was amazingly quick, polite and any concerns were addressed quickly (like within MINUTES). Beds were comfortable for us, however, I do think the Master suite mattress might be on it's last go round as it was quite soft (but it didn't bother us) MINOR concerns: 1.) The Living Room TV was confusing at best. We managed, but to navigate was a bit daunting. 2.) There are some items that the owner needs to address: The microwave cover was only taped on and fell off during our stay. We did contact Grand Welcome and they sent over a repairman the next day, hopefully he can replace the clip on the cover. Also, we did have a slow drain in the showers, Again, when called, Grand Welcome quickly dispatched a plumber and it was dealt with, but perhaps a monthly service call would prevent this? OVERALL we not hesitate to rent in the future!

Loved our stay here!!! Can’t wait to com back. It was so cute and in a perfect location. Walked to downtown for dinner and back. Also super clean and easy to access. Looking forward to another stay.

Fantastic location, very comfortable condo. One bed is firm (guest bed) & the other is very soft/cush, so nice to choose the one that works for you. Nice decor, very clean. Easy check in/out. I’d come back.

We loved our stay here. The location is walkable to the strip. The interior is super cute and lots of space for my family to spread out. The back deck was very nice. Kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed to make Thanksgiving dinner and for my daughter to make a pie. All the MCM decor is great. Would definitely stay here again.

The condo was more beautiful than the photos, very welcoming, spacious and comfortable. The location is excellent- close to all the downtown action yet far enough away for a peaceful ambiance. The host was responsive to all our questions, very accommodating, and helped make our stay enjoyable and memorable. We are looking forward to staying here again.

My journey to Palm Springs which was filled with many hiccups, so it was late when we arrived. There were a few concerns, so I contacted the property manager, who were very, very responsive and resolved these minor issues immediately. Very, very impressive, especially at the late hour!! Immediate problem resolution is incredible.The stay was great, the townhome is very comfortable and spacious. The parking was great (once we figured out that we needed to go down a side street to reach the space.) The short walk to downtown was perfect. I will definitely stay here again.

The location of this unit cannot be beat! Right near downtown, we were able to walk everywhere. Super clean, bedrooms were very spacious. Quiet and convenient, nothing more we could have asked for!

Great location a couple of blocks from restaurants, coffee and shopping where all of the wait staff and shop proprietors were incredibly friendly. The complex and area was very quiet and peaceful as were the surrounding streets. The unit had plenty of room, was nicely decorated and was clean. Pool and hot tub are available though we did not use them. It comes with shampoo, conditioner and body wash. There is a hair dryer, kitchen implements, a keurig but FYI no coffee. Management is super responsive- the hair dryer dis not work and they responded within minutes to my text and replaced it within an hour or so while we were at breakfast.

A great place. Spacious, comfortable, walkable to the main drag, but on a quiet block that was great for sleeping. I stayed there while at a conference and it was a great home base. Highly recommend.

We had a fantastic experience and Sunkist 411. The Grand team was amazing. The property suited us perfectly for a week long stay with all the amenities that we could need. Their communication was almost immediate. The location was ideal, totally walkable and completely safe. I had even forgotten to pack up some of my clothing items when we left, and when I reached out to Grand, they were incredibly helpful in shipping my items (thoughtfully packaged) to the address I provided. It was a great experience and a truly profession team that knows what good customer service is about. I will stay with them whenever possible.

The condo was wonderful and it was just like the pictures. I particularly enjoyed how walkable the shops, restaurants and other activities were to the location. The pool and hot tub were right outside, and the private patio was a great spot to unwind. Overall my group of 5 had a fantastic experience.

Great property that's convenient to everything PS! Fun decor and within walking distance to so many places. Really appreciated the well stocked kitchen including coffee and tea and the private patio area. Condo is in small, quiet complex with laundry and a designated parking spot. Would definitely reserve this unit again.

This was one of our favorite vacation rentals and we hope to return. The condo is spacious, clean, well stocked, and comfortable with fun decor. We stayed in this apartment for the entire month of February 2025. It was very conveniently located, in a quiet complex of eight units, and well-equipped. We suggest that you provide more bowls in the kitchen for folks like us who enjoy fruit and cereal for breakfast and lunch.

Perfect for us! Easy walk to shops and restaurants. Parking spot right next to condo entrance was a big plus, although please note that its on Lugo, right around the corner from W. Arenas. Very nice property! Will definitely recommend to friends!

We loved our stay! Easy to access, great location - we were able to walk to everything in Downtown Palm Springs. Having two ensuite bathrooms and the half bath downstairs made our stay even more comfortable. Would highly recommend.

Two things for property manager: the handle on one of the bedroom doors keeps falling off. Also one of the plastic martini glasses was in two pieces.

This Air Bnb is beautiful! The contacts were very communicative and proactive. The place was clean and even more MCM in person than the pictures showed! Walking distance to everything downtown. Highly recommend, very worth it!

Some airbnbs glamorize their photos and when you get there it’s not all what it was cracked up to be… this is not one of those. The photos are exactly what you get. It’s beautiful, clean, quiet, and super walkable to everything. I would happily stay here again and again. Soooo happy I landed this townhouse during such a busy time in PS.
