House was good the only thing was that one of the shower knob was broken. The batteries to the front door lock was low on batteries and could not get in without someone from inside opens it. Other than that house was fine.

Grand Welcome Vacation team were awesome. They were very accommodating of my late check out request due to the half marathon weekend. Place is very close to the beach and only 10 mins away from all things Monterey. Will stay again.

Spotless home, pictures truly represent the home, but it feels smaller than it appears. Primary bedroom has no closet as it is locked for the home owners. We found that unfortunate. Highway noise at night if you leave the windows open for ventilation (no AC as typical of the area). Attentive home managers who quickly supplied an iron for us.

The house was great, spacious and comfy for all 5 of us. The neighborhood was clean and quiet. We went to a couple of great restaurants nearby. There were a couple of issues in the kitchen, that the host is now aware of. Hopefully this gets fixed for the next guest.

Our party of five found this home very cozy. Personally I loved that all the bedrooms are on the upper floor. The beds were comfortable. The host(s) were very responsive and were very accommodating regarding a minor health issue that arose with one of our group on the last night of our stay. The backyard is lovely.

Our family loved our stay in Marina. Very comfortable, spacious and clean house, beautifully decorated. Quiet neighborhood but still close to the main roads to go exploring Monterey, Carmel, etc.

Tuvimos una experiencia mixta en esta propiedad. Desde nuestra llegada reportamos al anfitrión que la cocina no estaba limpia y que había un fuerte olor a huevo embarrado, pero la comunicación fue deficiente. Nunca se ofrecieron a enviar a alguien para solucionar el problema, por lo que tuvimos que hacer una limpieza profunda nosotros mismos antes de poder usarla. También se percibía un olor sutil a orina de mascota en el piso inferior, especialmente cuando la casa estaba cerrada, lo que sugiere que las alfombras requieren una limpieza más profunda. Really enjoyed our stay. Super cute house. We loved the neighborhood cats that greeted and visited us, they made us feel right at home since we missed our kitties. Loved we could walk to the beach.

This place is only 5 minutes drive to the beach. Make the trip very easy and quick to come back to clean after going to the beach. Kids love it.

This place was perfect for our group! We had 7 people plus a toddler and it was such a nice size for us all. The biggest thing we needed was a nice gathering space and there were so many seats for us to choose from. It was comfortable, so cute, and would definitely stay here again!

Wonderful space for a small family gathering. The home is walking distance to the beach and shopping with easy freeway access. The kitchen was well stocked with utensils and necessities and there were plenty of towels. Very clean and cozy in a quiet neighborhood.

It's a 15 minute drive to Monterey and 30 to Carmel By the Sea. There's conveniently a Walmart nearby. However, you definitely need a car to get around. It's a spacious property complete with most amenities. A vacation rental company runs it and feels as such.

Its a great location, driving to SJC was'nt too bad. Closer to the attractions around Monterey too. Restaurents and grocery stores are super close.

Excellent accommodations. It was very convenient to get us to Monterey area attractions, to the Redwoods, and to shopping and local needs. The property was very clean, with comfortable beds, pleasant living area and a peaceful, attractive garden. The kitchen was well stocked, too. Everything worked except for one small thing, and the local team fixed it immediately. I highly recommend!

I had an incredible stay at this Marina Airbnb! The house is in a peaceful neighborhood, just minutes from the beach. The private backyard was my favorite spot for enjoying coffee in the morning and wine in the evening. Inside, the cozy décor and comfortable furnishings made it easy to relax. The spacious kitchen had everything we needed, and the bedrooms were perfect, especially the master suite with its king bed and ensuite bathroom. The location is unbeatable – just a short walk to Marina State Beach and a quick drive to local attractions like the Monterey Bay Aquarium. The nearby hiking trails at Fort Ord were a great bonus for adventure seekers. Overall, this home perfectly combines comfort, convenience, and relaxation. Highly recommend!

Nice house, very comfortable for our group (one couple and two other adults). Easy access to Highway 1 and the Monterey/Carmel area. Clean, easy to check in, and parking for two full-size cars in the driveway with additional street parking in ample supply. We'll be back next year!
