This 3-bedroom home sleeps 8 guests comfortably with elegant wood flooring and an open layout throughout.

The primary bedroom features a queen bed, walk-in closet, private deck access, and an ensuite bathroom with single vanity and shower/tub combo. The second bedroom includes a queen bed and smart TV. The third bedroom has a full futon plus a dedicated workspace with desk and chair for remote work.

A second full bathroom offers a single vanity and shower/tub combo.

The living room invites you to sink into plush leather sofa and recliner seating while streaming on the smart TV. The modern kitchen comes fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, drip and single-serve coffee makers, and a high-top dining table with seating for 4.

Kitchen was well stocked but could have used a few more spoons and forks. It would be nice to have a bigger table so we all could sit down and eat together but we understand it might be a lack of space.It was nice to have a second refrigerator. Thanks for a good stay!PS The door issue of not locking was resolved so no need to investigate that.

This place was able to fit me and my 6 friends very comfortably! The openness between the living room and the kitchen was our favorite spot to spend time together after our daytime activities. All the things we went out to do were within a 10-15 minute drive, the grocery store was super close by as well. Any questions we had were quickly answered by the host. Overall, this was a great week-long vacation stay for me and my friends!

Overall a clean property and centrallyLocated in Seaside . 20 minutes to Carmel and Monterey. The property could be better appointed with better furnishings. Would have been helpful to have dishwasher pods and laundry pods if checkout instructions required it.

The property was clean and spacious. The beds were comfortable. Loved the large backyard/deck with all the spots to gather. The garage has a full size washer and dryer and an extra refrigerator which was nice. The master bathroom was fully functional but could use some repair due to a leaky faucet. We would stay here again.

The check in process was so seamless and the open communication was great! They checked in with us daily to make sure we didn’t need anything. There were a few things broken and we made them aware and asked if we wanted them to come replace during our stay. Nothing was urgent but appreciated the responses

The place was ok. Unfortunately wasn’t ready at 4pm as promised. Not enough sheets for the futon in the 3rd bedroom. We used sheets from a friend. The backyard putting green was very disappointing because it wasn’t maintained and I wanted to have putting lessons with my grandchildren. Over sold and under delivered. The overall experience was average. We like staying in VRBO’s but will not visit this place again.

We used this place mostly just to sleep so I can't say much about the kitchen. It did sleep 6 adequately in that people had beds but that's assuming you have two people on both full size mattresses so if you're larger, then assume one person per bed. The extra sleeping accomodations come from sofa beds or a couch that folds flat. There's plenty of towels and plenty of space to lounge both on the front and back yards. Street park ing is a gamble but we never had issues while we were there and you still have the garage and driveway. All in all, the location of great for seeing everything in the area. I'd be willing to stay here again.

This rental was smaller than expected. It said it fit up to a 8 guest. I was able to locate two beds. They have a futon that can turn to a bed and they do have two air mattresses which was not described when booking.

This place is very charming, clean, and close to e-v-e-r-y where. I enjoyed the stay. The neighbors are super cool too. Does have a garage with a washer and dryer...I didn't use, but I'm sure it comes in handy. Great place for max 7 people.

My friends and I stayed in Seaside for a small boys' trip to Monterey, and this was the perfect location to serve as our home base! Just a quick drive to Cannery Row and downtown Monterey, this home had a large living area and open kitchen, perfect for hanging out inside. There was also a large back patio and a putting green in the backyard, great for relaxing in the evenings.

location was ideal. except cars drove very fast on the road the oven was dirty and caused the smoke alarm to go off and then the battery died and the smoke alarm. but accommodations were nice for our family at Easter. plus we asked for an extra time to check out and they gave it to us without any problem

We loved the backyard and the proximity of the house to all the amazing local attractions. 10 to 15 minutes to Cannery Row, Carmel and just a little further to Point Lobos. We visited Santa cruz as well. Great central spot to see all the beautiful scenery
