This picturesque community is encased by the stunning Kootenai National Forest, providing a perfect backdrop for a tremendous variety of recreational activities. Immediately to the west you’ll find the majestic Lake Koocanusa, a sparkling reservoir that stretches over 90 miles, offering ample opportunities for boating, fishing, swimming, and picnicking along its scenic shores. Fill your afternoon with water-themed activities by renting a tri-toon at the Abayance Bay Marina for your own day out exploring the shores, captain included! Within less than 10 minutes you can find yourself in nearby Eureka, filled with exciting options for shopping and dining. If you’re bringing your own boat along, the Mariner’s Haven boat launch is also within a 5-minute drive away.

Bedroom #1 includes a king size bed and ensuite bathroom with a single vanity and shower/tub combo.

The home also includes an additional full guest bathroom with a single vanity and walk-in shower.
