The house was lovely but several pieces of furniture were missing from the photos shown in the listing. There were electrical issues and the space was open with lots of natural light and few blinds as mentioned in previous reviews. They had said they submitted a refund through Airbnb due to the electrical issues-it seemed to be taking a while but they kept confirming it was under review. When I finally called Airbnb they couldn’t find any refund request submitted. Airbnb was fantastic in managing this but the disruption in my stay and how it was handled/not handled by the hosts was deeply disappointing. I can only hope the request for refund was “lost” and that they were not being dishonest.

Really enjoyed my stay here and will definitely be back—in fact, I’m already getting ready to stay here again!The location on the east side of Austin is great. There’s a little store right down the street, and you can jump right onto the bike trails. You can ride north along the east side or head down toward the river, and downtown is only about a 15-minute bike ride away. Everything you need is close by too, with Planet Fitness about an 8-minute drive and H-E-B less than a mile away.The neighborhood is quiet and comfortable, with people out walking their dogs and enjoying the area. Parking was easy and convenient.The house itself is very modern and nicely done. The master bedroom is spacious, the shower was great, and the kitchen is large and well designed. One of my favorite features is the deck above the garage. It has a great view and is an awesome place to sit in the morning and catch the sunrise.Overall, I really enjoyed my time here. Great house, great location, easy access to everything Austin has to offer, and a neighborhood that feels peaceful while still being close to downtown. I’ll definitely be staying here again!

We had a truly fantastic stay here! We were able to easily access the home, and when we walked in, the A/C was set to a perfect temperature and there was soft music playing from the TV. A wonderful welcome as we stepped out of a Texas heat wave — it felt like we were at a hotel! The photos don’t do this place justice. It was very private, and the hosts are extremely fast at responding. We were able to do a late check out (for a fee) which was great to have as an option. There are a ton of single use new toiletries, kitchen supplies, etc. and everything was clean and high quality.

Beautiful home with a roomy common area, great location. With the property type and proximity to neighbors, I would highly suggest adding blinds and/or curtains for the large beautiful windows. Host was responsive and nice!

Really enjoyed our stay here - we felt right at home in the space. The downstairs kitchen, living and dining room had lots of windows and light. Amenities were all as expected. It was great to stretch out as a couple with two and a half baths and separate areas to work. A couple items to note before your stay: Bring your own HDMI cable if you want to use the monitor in the office, and note that the curtains aren't blackout in the main bedroom. Would definitely stay here again!

The management company was mostly responsive. We were unable to access the house when we first arrived, but we were able to call and get a new code within 5 minutes. The house was moderately clean. However, there were random dirt marks on most of the walls, the garbage disposal made the kitchen stink every time the faucet was turned on, and multiple spots in the house needed to be dusted. We did call during our stay because there were only blinds in the bedrooms. In one of the small bedrooms it looked like they used paper blinds. We asked if it were possible to get something to cover the other windows in the home, as it was really hard to enjoy the house at night. There are a lot of big windows throughout the downstairs of the home and very large windows upstairs in the hallway. So it was pretty uncomfortable staying with two young kids knowing that anyone could be looking into house. We did reach out to find a solution for this and they requested photos, which we sent. Unfortunately they never did get back to us after acknowledging the photos had been received. Also, there were quite a few occurrences where we found ants in the house, like in the bathtub of the upstairs bathroom. Overall the house is decent and in a good location, but is in need of a good deep cleaning and blinds/curtains to make future stays more comfortable.

This house was great! It was in a good location and perfect for our family of four. I loved the extra space compared to a hotel, plus the primary bathroom shower and double sink vanity were great, and the house was as shown in the pictures. Communication with the property management was prompt, and our checkout requirements were very minimal.

Our check-in,stay , and check out went very smoothly. The host was proactive with check in instructions/house rules, and checkout instructions. The location is great as it is close to the airport and other tourist destinations in south Austin. The house itself was great in size for the four of us and overall very open and spacious. We also appreciated the soaps/detergents/clean towels and linens that were conveniently out for us to use, very helpful. Overall this is a great find for your stay and Austin and we would love to stay here again in the future.

Overall a nice stay and great location. We found the driveway to be awkward as it is shared and the neighbor had two cars parked that made it difficult for us to get in and out. Also, the bed linens in the main room were quite stained, had a weird film to them and needs replacing. The main shower was also not cleaned upon our arrival.

It’s a nice place to stay with family or partner. The house is pretty big and spacious. I liked the bathroom and the kitchen. The kitchen had all utensils necessary to cook. Only thing I will remark that they didn’t have sugar anywhere. The kitchen windows didn’t have no curtains but maybe you will get used to it. But it was a lovely, warm and welcoming space to stay.

We really enjoyed our stay! The place was super spacious, stylish, and had a great vibe overall. The location was perfect — close to everything we wanted to do but still in a quiet neighborhood. Only small cons: the water temp was a little moody (kept switching from warm to hot), and the AC upstairs vs. downstairs didn’t totally match up even though the settings were the same. Other than that, it was an awesome spot and I’d recommend to anyone staying in Austin.

Great location! Lots of natural light and plants and space. Futon room had a great stand-up desk plenty of space. I don't think more than one person could sleep on the futon, and for a child it did just fine. I couldn't find clean sheets for the futon- but property mgmt was very responsive and quickly helped me navigate where they were.Queen bedroom was cozy. The air conditioner hits your face which could be refreshing, or bothersome, depending on your preference. The a/c was also pretty loud in that room, but acted as a great white noise. Blinds kept light out just fine.King bedroom: my mother said she had the best sleep there! She enjoyed the bed very much. Full-length mirror available and great lighting in the bathroom. Amazing shower.The 2 upstairs have bidets which were AMAZING. There were plenty of towels and washcloths for our stay, a hair dryer, extra toiletries.Outdoor areas were nice- you can sit on the balcony upstairs and there is a nice seating area outside downstairs with a great grill.Beautiful kitchen! Bring your own coffee and sugar if needed. There is no toaster. Tons of spices and cookware.Random: A/C worked great in this hot summer. Bring slippers because there is not much carpet. Parking was easy! Checkout was a breeze!A responsiveness of the property managers. I had forgotten something after checkout and they worked with me within 20 mins to go back and get it before I left the city.Overall a great stay and I would stay again.

We lives the location of this property! So close to everything! We enjoyed sight seeing, bbq, and visiting our family that lives in Austin. My daughter and I enjoyed running to Lady Bird Lake and visiting the botanical gardens. We also enjoyed swimming at Barton Springs and shopping on Congress and The Domain. Amazing place to visit!

Nice home in a nice location. We ran into some electrical issues- the outlets didn’t work in the primary bathroom. The management company tried to fix but was unsuccessful and ended up giving us an extension cord.
