House was very nice. Plenty of room, comfy beds and very quiet. This has easy access to Ubers and scooters(if that is your thing, very FUN in my opinion) and a number of recommended locations are walkable, within a 30 minute walk or less. Really did appreciate the location and amenities the home has. I would definitely recommend this home.

This house was great! We stayed at this house instead of getting multiple hotel rooms for the company for a tradeshow. There was enough space for everyone to not be together if they wanted. there was plenty of private full bathrooms even if not connected to the bedroom itself. The house was beautiful, clean, and well kept. My only gripe is the gate was broken when we went, and the second story shared bathroom window is not frosted or tinted at ALL? I did not even want to go in there as it is in clear view of the street....It was pretty ridiculous.... Other than that the host was responsive, the sheets and linens/pillows were super comfy and it provided a great place for our team!

It was a good place to stay, close enough to fun activities in Austin. They were quick to respond to any messages. We found a wasp nest by the front door and they had someone out within hours to take care of it. The place was clean and had everything you need for a short-term stay.

I had a blast. The home was very beautiful and it was right by downtown so everything was easy to access. The host were amazing, when we ran into a few problems the host responded very quickly and were helpful in resolving our issues. 10/10 would definitely recommend!!!!

Before my trip, all of our group had decided that we would try Airbnb one more time before switching back to hotels - this spot made us reconsider after we stayed here! Everything was exactly how it was described, great location, beautiful home, extra appliances, everything worked. The only issue we had was the WiFi, but that was out of the hosts control and we had a workaround anyways. Would definitely recommend this for a big group!

Great place, very comfortable for a large group but I had to take a star off for the bed pillows. Several people in our group had issue with the pillows. All the pillows were the large thick memory foam pillows. The pillows were so large and thick that my neck couldn’t get to 90 degrees. I woke up with a sore neck the first night. My partner opted to ball up a towel over using the pillow for the next couple nights and I found a tiny throw pillow to use. Other than the pillows everything else was great. The kitchen was amazing for a large group. There was a nice wine fridge and ample space for people to sit and talk. The location was convenient, we were able to walk to many of the bars and restaurants. Parking was plentiful.

Absolutely gorgeous house! The kids loved the rooms on the 3rd floor, especially the sky light with a view of downtown and the game room. Everything was clean, beautifully decorated, and high quality. We would definitely stay here again.

We had a fantastic experience at this downtown Austin house! Several team members came in for a conference, and the location was perfect—just a short Uber ride to the convention center. The three stories gave us ample space to spread out, and the kitchen was a chef's dream, fully equipped for any meal prep we needed. The house had everything we could ask for, and we were thrilled with our stay. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a comfortable, spacious place close to everything Austin has to offer!

This home is JUST as pictured & described. It was clean and SPOTLESS! We did not have enough towels but I text them & they brought towels right over. Host was ALWAYS responsive over text at ALL hours of the day & evening. Home is so entertaining friendly. GREAT Mattress in the primary suite. We’d do it all over again I cannot say enough great things and I am not that easy to please. We have stayed at several AirBNB’s that usually provided a bit more conveniences (ziplocks, foil, coffee pods) Although in thier defense they sent an email with tons of direction &. mentioned to check out the home before going to the grocery. IT DID NOT DISAPPOINT and was truly a huge blessing to our large family that was there for my son’s wedding. AMAZING & FANTASTIC! Location and the space was amazing. We were actually sad to leave with so much going on we wished we’d have had more time to just sit and enjoy this beautiful home! Thank you so much for providing it for my family!

This home is lovely and look exactly like the pictures. We were able to check in early. It is a very spacious home with high-end appliances. Every guest had their own bedroom and the shared bathrooms were comfortable. I would have given a 5-star rating but I had an unexpected visitor the first night of my stay, a cockroach!! I was surprised. When I notified management they responded “Cockroaches are fairly common in this region because of the local climate and environment. Although we have regular pest control, encountering them occasionally is not unusual. Thank you for your understanding.” I am adding this to the review because I did not read it in other reviews and I think it is important to share. I did have another occurrence of seeing a roach but given the earlier response by the management, I did not report it. To close, management was accommodating to my request to have a small gathering to celebrate my son’s promotion to naval aviator! For this, I am grateful!

This house was everything we wanted and more. We all couldn't stop saying how we didn't want to leave! Everyone had plenty of space and the kitchen was incredible. We played some of the games left in the game closet and hooked up a Nintendo switch in the living room and overall had an amazing weekend. The location is very close to so many great restaurants and activities.

A beautiful house, much prettier than the online photos. Great for our large family group. Perfect location. One thing that could be improved is that the king bed is ultra-soft - I wish it were firmer. Other than that, it was a perfect home.

The house was amazingly clean and located in a very cool neighborhood. There are a couple of items that are preventing a 5 star rating. For example, all the mattresses were too soft and the pillows were too hard making for a less than optimal sleep. When we arrived, we had to do a semi scavenger hunt to make sure we had enough towels for all guests. There were no throw blankets so hanging out on the sofa to watch the tv was chilly, and the television required a code which was only provided when I reached back to the property manager. The positive is that although our door code didn't work, the property management company was easily accessible and help to resolve the issue. With a few improvements (especially the beds), I would consider staying here again.

Very comfortable and quiet spot close to downtown. East Austin is an awesome place to walk into eateries and bars. Clean area, no trouble, safe. The gated house was super secure and safe. We absolutely loved the property. Definitely booking again.

Our stay was great and the team was fairly attentive. The property was clean and a perfect fit for our group! Only issue was that we were having hot water issues and they tried to send someone to troubleshoot. However, when their solution did not work, we did not receive any other options to fix it. Also, with the electric door code deactivating at 10 am, be sure not to leave anything behind! We were unable to open the door minutes after we left to retrieve a forgotten item. Getting ahold of the company took almost an hour to figure out how to get back in. But they did send someone out to help and fixed our issues. Thanks team!
