Great property. Great location in East Austin. We had friends and family overflow stay there for the holidays. They enjoyed the house. Would rent it again.

Host was very responsive and quick to answer emails. Home is very clean and organized. Beds were comfortable, The home was quiet, we did not experience any outdoor lights or noise during the night. Home is a close drive to downtown with many coffee shops and restaurants with in walking distance.

Great place to stay near a lot stuff. Extremely responsive and attentive to us checking with check ins through out the stay. Let us check in early and also check out late which was also fantastic.

I had a great stay! The place was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and in a great location. The host was very responsive and made everything easy from check-in to check-out. The Airbnb was great. It was very clean and had everything that one needs to be comfortable. But there were few things that can be improved on: 1) Upon our arrival we noticed that one of the chairs in the living room had a broken back, but still somewhat usable. We notified the host of this, but the chair wasn’t replaced during our stay. 2) The gate lock didn’t work, we had read previous reviews and others had same issues and it wasn’t fixed. So we had to deal with that throughout stay. The host gave same directions they provided others before us, but the lockbox doesn’t open. 3) The window in the kitchen has no blinds, it’s open and viewable from the outside. A couple of times when we were at home the people going by peeked into the home while we were there, this is very concerning. There was no privacy at times. This needs to be addressed quickly. 4) Others had also complained of noises coming from the rooftop, seems that something heavy is being moved, but we just got used to it.

Our stay in Austin was fantastic- this AirBnb is in a great spot. It was clean, had plenty of room and was easy to catch Ubers to get around.

We had a great stay here and we highly recommend! A few small notes: - The gate code provided did not work. We tried over and over but couldn't get the gate to unlock using the provided code. Thankfully I am very tall and was able to reach over the gate and use my fingers to slide into the backside of the latch and pull the tension line part of the latch to allow the gate to unlock and open. We had to do this every time we left or returned to the house. Remedying the gate situation should be an easy fix for the property manager. - There was one incredibly windy night during our stay, and the string lights on the roof kept banging into the house, making loud noises that made it a little difficult to sleep. Eventually the wind died down and the sound went away, but maybe something for the property manager to look at. Also, we couldn't find a way to even turn on the roof string lights. Other than those minor inconveniences, the place was amazing and we had a great stay.

Great condo! It’s in a great location. You can easily walk to many restaurants/bars and east 6th is a short uber drive away. I loved all of the outdoor space and the decor. It was perfect for two couples.

I stayed here with my coworker while we were attending SXSW. The house matched the pictures and it was overall comfortable to stay here. The location was just outside the city center so it was easy to get downtown. However, the house was lacking some small amenities that would've made the stay more comfortable. We ran out of toilet paper after just a couple days, and there wasn't any shampoo/conditioner or soap. When we asked for more, the hosts said that for longer stays, we should purchase our own. We only stayed 6 days though so felt it was unnecessary to purchase more. They did, however, very kindly buy us some extra blankets when we asked for them. Overall, it was a pleasant stay.

This place was breath taking! I definitely recommend this place to everyone that is going to visit Austin TX. They had all the essentials that you would need for a home. I will definitely come back when I visit Austin again. It was very clean and nice. They communicated very well.

Loved staying here - felt right at home for a long stay. Nice furnishings, modern, clean and well equipped. I appreciated that they supplied laundry pods as part of the amenity kits. Will definitely stay again on my next Austin trip if priced the same as this trip. Be prepared for late check-in (4pm) and early checkout (10am).

Such a beautiful new build, but lacking the little things that make a stay comfortable! Mass welcome message didn’t have a door code, only the gate code. Didn’t know there would be two separate codes. Host was very responsive with code, just a small hiccup, but when your arms are full of luggage it’s a bit inconvenient. Great AC unit, but no extra blankets and very thin coverlet on beds. Two extra pillows provided, but no pillow cases. WiFi name and password were not up-to-date in mass welcome message had to message host again for information. Finally, we were provided one k-cup for 4 people and a 2 night stay. Again, it’s the little things that make an “ok place” a “great place!” I will say the hosts were always very helpful and quick to respond, I just wish the amenities were as nice as the place!

The house had an AMAZING layout just like it is shown in the photos! When I arrived, I have some issues getting into the rental but I called and was assisted right away. The house is perfectly located with a coffee shop within walking distance and a 6 min uber to downtown. I would definitely consider renting this vrbo again when I visit Austin.

The space was neat and well-kept. I checked in late at night without an issue. The bed I used was comfortable and I loved the rainfall shower. The washer and dryer was useful to have during my short trip. This home was convenient to many places in central Austin.

It was great overall. Nothing major that would drop my rating to 4 stars. The primary bed is super soft but maybe people like that (we didn’t). The secondary bed is very firm. The pillows were nice. Mostly quiet neighborhood. Felt safe. Had everything we needed. The rooftop patio was a dream!
