Walk to Restaurants & Entertainment on East Side

This place is spotted right next to several food trucks. Super convenient! We had a minor issue with the door code and they managed to have someone help right away. Place was clean and easy to locate. I’d recommend if you are looking to be near downtown.

Place was the perfect spot for me and my friends to celebrate my 25th birthday weekend, fits comfortably 8-9 people, very close to downtown and nice restaurants. Place is definitely setup for bachelor and birthday weekends.

Great place to stay if you are looking for a housing near downtown! Owner were always responsive and helpful. I would definitely try to stay here again the next time I am in Austin.

Great place for a group. We had a guys trip for 7 adults and this was perfect for us. Nice deck on 3rd floor overlooking city. We ate one night at the food park across the street and was not only conveinient but really good. Any type of larger family or group will appreciate the layout of this place. Would definitely stay again if need arises.

I recently came for a bachelorette, we loved the location, everything was honestly about 5-10 mins driving. Unfortunately, we ran into multiple problems the moment we arrived. The back door by the driveway, which was what we were using to enter, the door handle it self didn’t lock, if by chance we left the door jamb unlocked, the door flung open. There was a leakage coming from the 2nd restroom that went through the 1st floor, but it doesn’t look like it was the first time. We notified the Airbnb, but we’re not given a solution. So with 8 people we had to just use the main restroom for showers so it was an inconvenience. We were also told that we were going to get an ETA for the door problem, I let them know. We voiced that we wanted to be there when they came due to us having all our stuff out. They ended up coming while we were gone without letting us know that they came. Overall the place was nice, just lots of previous wall staining and the leakage/door issue.

Our stay was fantastic! Downtown is walkable or a short uber ride away. Very close to coffee shops and stores as well. Host was very responsive!

The place was awesome! My only complaint was the lack of cleaning supplies…. My group was very messy & while we were checking out I felt awful leaving the place unlike how I found it. I was unable to find a broom or wet wipes but of course, I may have simply not have looked hard enough. I would suggest bringing a personal towel because there was not enough to go around for our group. Regardless the place was fantastic! Beautiful home, nice furniture, plenty of room for everyone, awesome location, close to everything, ECT. I would absolutely stay here again

Our stay here was fantastic. It was very walkable to everything we had planned for the trip. Host was very communicative and also allowed us to check in 4 hours prior to our scheduled time. Overall great stay and will be back!! Bonus feature: It’s located directly across from Arbor Park where they have a couple fantastic food trucks for some late night grub

Great location for being near campus and the city. Easy to get to, actually had one more bedroom than I expected. Only issue is the drive way is very steep, so if anyone has mobility issues, park on Navasota.

We had 8 girls staying here for a bachelorette trip. The space worked really well for us and the location was very convenient. Overall the experience was great, however, there were a few things that weren't ideal... I'm not sure if this is an Austin thing or just this airbnb, but there was absolutely no sound insulation. It was pretty loud all weekend, which considering we're from new york didn't bother us that much but it was a bit frustrating to be woken up very early by outside noises. The comforter in the main room was stained when we got there but the hosts were super responsive and brought us a new one... the bathroom latch on the main bathroom didn't work and the front door didn't always lock well, but overall its a great space.

Staying here was such a great experience! The views from the top floor were stunning, and the home was spotless—so clean and professionally maintained. Food truck park right across the street was yum! The host was super communicative and made everything easy. I’d absolutely recommend this place and would stay again. It’s even better in person than the photos show!

We recently stayed at this house in Austin with a group of 10, and while the listing accommodates up to 12 people, the layout posed some challenges for a group of our size. Four of us had to sleep on the third floor, which lacks a bathroom, making it a bit inconvenient. This house works best for close-knit groups like family or children due to the sleeping arrangements. The location is great, right next to a food truck park, and the bus stop is nearby, which was convenient. However, parking was tricky—there’s a steep incline in the driveway, and when we opened the trunk, our luggage rolled out. We ended up parking on the street most of the time. The dining space was also limited, with only four barstools at the island, so it wasn’t ideal for sitting down together for meals. Overall, it was a decent stay with some room for improvement in terms of space and convenience for larger groups.

It was a cute house, great for our trip. The front door lock was difficult to open and the parking was a quite snug but the amenities and location were great! There was plenty of space to sleep and it was a quick walk to most all of downtown, overall great stay!
