Overall, we had a good stay, and the home worked well for our large family gathering. The host was responsive when we reached out about several issues we encountered and brought additional kitchen supplies during our stay. A couple of things future guests may want to confirm before booking if they're important to you. During our stay, the dishwasher was out of service, and the boat dock had been washed away in a recent flood. If either of those amenities is a priority for your group, I'd recommend checking with the host beforehand to see if they've been restored. Otherwise, the house comfortably accommodated our large group, and we appreciated the host's efforts to address the concerns that could be resolved during our stay.

We had a family birthday reunion and we loved the space!!! perfect for groups because of the layout and the different sitting spaces. The built in bunk bed bonus game room was great!! If we can, we’ll be returning!

The house size and space worked well for my large family however there were a lot of things that need immediate attention. Move the old boat from the front of the house. There are two grills in the back, a charcoal grill and a propane grill. When we went to use them both units were so rusty and rotted they were virtually unusable. Quite disgusting to say the least. The kitchen needs attention as well. There is no pantry to store food that we bought for the weekend. Lots of cabinets but everything was full. I had to use a personal folding table, set up in another room, to store the food. The sticker burrs in the backyard made it difficult for all of us to get to the lake.

The home was spacious for our 16 person family vacation. Being on the lake was perfect for entertaining our group. But, overlooked, small details could have made our stay much more luxurious. The home has great potential, but is lacking some attention.Overall, we had a great time!

Beautiful property - perfect for a long weekend with a large group. Brandy and Jayda were very responsive and attentive. We had a small issue where a home service technician needed to come out and they got him there within hours, so kudos to them for being responsive and prioritizing the safety of their guests. Would stay here again.

Pros: all outside activities (pickleball court, basketball hoop, private beach, paddle boards/kayaks, dock), large kitchen with plenty of counter space, bunk room Cons: mattresses, no curtains, poor condition the shuffle board table was in. Also, one con for us was the kind of beds. Wish they would get rid of at least one of the other bunks and add a better queen bed in one of those rooms. Maybe could add a daybed or something in the main suite if they want to keep the bed count.

The house was nice, big, and mostly well equipped. The dishwasher was full of sitting water that had a terrible smell. When we opened it, the water spilled all over the floor. We decided not to use it at all during our stay. We were told a day in advance of our check in date that the oven was not functional, however we were not told not to open it at all. My aunt tried opening it just to look at the size of it and the inside glass of it exploded. Several pieces of glass jump at her but thankfully she was wearing glasses and that protected her eyes. The management company never asked us if anybody was hurt and was only concerned with me sending them pictures. The rooms were nicely made but some of the blankets were dirty or stained. The towels were clean and nicely folded but some of them were full of holes. The heat seemed to work well however there was not a good distribution of the air. Some rooms would get very warm while others would remain very cold. The kitchen was nicely equipped with lots of pots and pans however most of them were in a pretty bad shape. Overall we had to make some adjustments but still managed to have a wonderful time in family. The property is beautiful and well kept and the management team was available, professional and responsive. They did offer to send someone to fix the dishwasher but at that point we didn’t want to be disturbed and chose to continue to hand wash the dishes.

We loved this property, the sleeping arrangements, air conditioning, the bbq grill, and access to the lake. Communication with the property management was easy even when we have difficulty getting in on the first day. There were 2 refrigerators which was perfect since we had a big family. We would definitely stay here again.

This property was fantastic. The property was very spacious and great for kids. We had minor issues finding a few items but the property manager was quick to respond. The lake and beach were so fun for games. Highly recommend and would go back.

Fantastic stay for our extended family get together. Plenty of space inside, and an amazing place for outdoors with the kayaking, beach volleyball, pickleball, basketball… we are already planning to stay here again next year.
