Description
Settle into Suite 204, a private guest suite within a shared B&B-style house. The suite sleeps 4 across two king beds and includes a private full bathroom. It’s a simple, comfortable home base for exploring Austin’s sights, with Wi-Fi and a laptop-friendly workspace for checking email or planning your day.
Guests enjoy access to shared common areas in the house, including the kitchen and dining area, plus an upstairs sitting/lounge area. When you’re ready to head out, the central location makes it easy to reach nearby museums, parks, restaurants, and shops. Parking options include a small lot behind the building (first-come, first-served) and additional street parking nearby.

Important Things to Note
• Parking: Off-street parking is available behind the home, including one accessible space. All lot spaces are shared and first-come, first-served. Additional parking can be found on the street (some areas may be metered). There is no reserved or overflow parking beyond what’s described here.
• Shared spaces: The kitchen, dining area, and the upstairs sitting/lounge area are shared communal spaces with other guests in the building.
• Security cameras: Exterior cameras are located at both the front and back doors. Interior cameras monitor the hallways only (two downstairs positioned over the entry door; two upstairs with one over the back door and one above the entryway to the lounge). Cameras cover common areas/hallways only; there are no cameras in the kitchen, lounge, or any private suites.
• Larger groups: You can rent an entire floor of Adina for more space, or reserve the whole B&B for full privacy, pending availability.
• Pet policy: This home is not pet friendly. If evidence of a pet is found, an additional cleaning fee will apply. If you’re traveling with pets, please reach out for recommendations on local boarding options.
• Check in is at 4:00 PM and checkout is at 10:00 AM. We cannot guarantee or approve early check in or late checkout requests in advance.
• We recommend considering travel insurance, just in case any unexpected changes come up. We do stick to our cancellation policy and want to make sure you're covered!
• We provide bedding, towels and a small starter set of essentials to help get you settled. Feel free to message us for details on what’s included.
• Salt, pepper, and cooking oil are not provided unless otherwise noted.
