Each suite offers a smart TV and dedicated workspace, while the home’s shared kitchen, dining area, and upstairs sitting lounge make it easy to gather between outings.
The aesthetic is eclectic and modern throughout—from an Asian-inspired retreat to art-forward spaces with original murals. With flexible sleeping arrangements across queens and kings (plus a twin daybed), this is a comfortable fit for families, friends, or work trips. WiFi is included, and parking is available on a first-come basis in a shared lot behind the building, with additional street parking nearby.

• Suite 202 (second floor): 2 queen beds (sleeps 4) + 1 twin daybed (sleeps 1), desk, smart TV; ensuite bath with walk-in shower.
• Suite 203 (second floor): 1 king bed (sleeps 2) + 1 queen bed (sleeps 2), two smart TVs, writing desk; ensuite bath with deep Japanese-style jetted tub/shower combo.
• Suite 204 (second floor): Two sleeping areas separated by partial walls; each area has 1 king bed (sleeps 4 total), a smart TV, and a writing desk; ensuite bath with walk-in shower.
• Total: Sleeps up to 15 across 4 private suites, each with its own ensuite bathroom.

Important Things to Note
• This booking includes the second-floor suites within a shared house. The kitchen and dining area, as well as the upstairs sitting lounge, are shared communal spaces with guests of the downstairs suites.
• Parking: 6 shared, unassigned off-street spaces are located behind the building (including 1 accessible space) and are first-come, first-served. Additional street parking is available and may be metered; also first-come.
• Security cameras: Exterior cameras at the front and back doors. Interior cameras monitor common hallways only (two downstairs over the entry door; two upstairs—one over the back door and one above the entry to the lounge). No cameras in the kitchen, lounge, or any suites.
• Suites are located on the second floor of the home.
• No pets are allowed at this property.
• Check in is at 4:00 PM and checkout is at 10:00 AM. We cannot guarantee or approve early check in or late checkout requests in advance.
• We recommend considering travel insurance, just in case any unexpected changes come up. We do stick to our cancellation policy and want to make sure you're covered!
• We provide bedding, towels and a small starter set of essentials to help get you settled. Feel free to message us for details on what’s included.
