It was an absolute pleasure staying at this Airbnb! My colleagues and I rented out the entire B&B for a conference in Downtown Austin, and it was the perfect home base. We were so impressed by how clean and tidy everything was upon our arrival. The location is ideal—close enough to Downtown Austin to be convenient for our conference, but just far enough away to offer a peaceful retreat from the city's hustle and bustle. It was wonderful to come back to a quiet, relaxing space after a long day of sessions. One of the highlights for us was the common areas. These spaces were perfect for our group to gather, collaborate, and catch up on work in a comfortable and relaxed setting. It really made our stay feel like a true home away from home. The host was an excellent communicator, always quick to respond and incredibly helpful with any questions we had. Their friendly and professional approach made the entire process seamless and stress-free. We highly recommend this Airbnb!

Check-in was smooth and we all had a wonderful stay! The rooms are spacious and have their own AC units for the Austin heat. The location was super close to most things downtown and was perfect for what we needed. We would come back!

We stayed with 19 people and the place is so big and beautifully laid out that everyone had their own space! It was absolutely perfect for larger groups and the decor was gorgeous! My friends and I will definitely be making this our go to for trips to Austin in the future!

The house was amazing and perfectly fit our needs. Everyone had private suites and all was as advertised and photos accurate. Location was perfect. Very central. Would love to see a bigger gathering area because it lacks that versus staying in a conventional house. The kitchen was our main gathering spot. It’s a great house for those who plan to be out and about most of the time. All the guests gushed over the private suites. I downgraded the final rating because of Airbnb not the house or owners. Airbnb was not user friendly when trying to verify a request and pay for a checkout extension. Wasted way too much time on that simple request. You pay a hefty fee for Airbnb services but I’m not sure why.

Fantastic House with a Few Minor Issues We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this spacious and eclectic home. It was clean, well-maintained, and situated in a quiet, pleasant neighborhood. The unique style of the house added to its charm, making our stay very comfortable. That said, we did notice a few minor issues that future guests—and the host—might want to be aware of: 1. The hot water ran out fairly quickly. 2. The water pressure in the upstairs showers (and the shower next to the kitchen) was low. 3. The ceiling fan in the bedroom at the top of the staircase (left side) did not work. 4. In Suite 204, the bathroom faucet was loose, and the door between the two sleeping areas had a missing/loose screw on the upper hinge. These were small inconveniences and didn’t significantly detract from our overall experience. We truly loved our stay and would happily return if these issues were addressed. We had an amazing stay at this Airbnb for my brother’s bachelor party. The place was exactly as advertised—clean, well-equipped, and perfect for our group. The location was great, and the hosts instructions were clear. The only small thing we noticed was that the shower water pressure was a bit low, but given that it was one of the coldest weekends of the year in Austin, that may have been a factor. Regardless, it didn’t take away from our experience, and we’d absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend!

The place was great. It's eclectic for sure: Not really a house but more of a converted apartment/hotel. For a large party of adults it was absolutely perfect; it was a legit 7 suites, and most of them were huge, with multiple beds. It wasn't perfect; the water pressure was pretty lousy (especially with multiple showers) and I wish there more towels but we also didn't communicate that with staff and I'm assuming they would have brought us more stuff. The main improvement would be if they put a large TV in the main common area. There isn't much community space (which I think is accurately represented from the listing) but one large TV in the kitchen/dining area would be great. It was NFL Sunday and we were gathered around a 19" TV (or something) in one of the bedrooms. Overall, the area was excellent, we were super happy, and we'd definitely stay there again and recommend it, but it probably wouldn't be for everyone.

This was a really fun stay! Austin has a really bad cricket problem and this place managed to keep the crickets out. I think we only saw one or two during our entire stay. It was cleaned pretty well before our arrival and I would stay here again!

Perfect for gathering friends and family together! Enough space to step away and have some alone time. Fire safety system is impressive. Each room has its own air system allowing for temperature control. May have some sound proofing because even with being loud others sleeping did not hear the group.

The bands were comfy, and the common areas in the kitchen and upstairs sunroom were cozy and inviting. However, the hallways were not inviting and were a bit creepy with all the dark colors. One room upstairs did not have hot water in the shower. We loved the themed Bedrooms.

As we first walked thru the property, we were struck by how colorful and tasteful the decor was, impressed by how vastly roomy and clean the whole place was, and we really enjoyed the main kitchen common area, and upstairs porch common area. It was truly a surprise to find such a perfect set up for our group of friends to enjoy being in their own space, and yet altogether, right in the middle of Austin.

We come to Austin every year for a water polo tournament and need to host about 18 to 20 people every year. This has been the best house that we’ve stayed at and we hope to be able to come back next year. Fourteen women met in Austin to celebrate a milestone birthday, and this was the perfect place to stay! The house is spacious and has plenty of beds and baths to accomodate a large crowd. The decorations are really cute and bring a fun and Austin-y feel to the house. The location was also great - we were able to walk to several of our activities, which was really convenient and fun.
