Lakefront on LBJ | Pet Friendly | Sleeps 6

Great long weekend with very cute property. It was decorated nicely, clean, had the use of a washer and dryer which helped with towels and bathing suits. Was pet friendly (we have miniature daschund crate-trained). This is a heavy rental area so the houses on either side of us and across the lake were rented and sometimes loud but that is to be expected. There is no fencing between neighbors so if they have pets, they come into the yard if not watched. We always had ours on leash especially because she is a puppy. The living area is upstairs so just be aware if stairs are an issue for anyone in your party. All in all we enjoyed our stay thoroughly.

We had a wonderful stay! The house was clean and comfortable. The kitchen and bathrooms were fully equipped with everything we needed, and the location was perfect. The property management company was outstanding, responsive, organized, and communicated exceptionally well throughout our stay. This is the second time we stay here and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend this property!

Jayda was the host who contacted us during our stay. She provided simple and easy to follow instructions regarding check in, property policies, and was very responsive to any questions we had. The property was beautiful and well maintained and exactly what we were looking for! We enjoyed our stay and will definitely look at staying on this property again!

Overall was a great value for what we paid for and enjoyed our stay. Location was great and worked well for two families with two small children. Ample driveway space for two trucks with boat trailers. Initially thought there were two boat slips and tied one boat on the other side of the dock. A lot of traffic on the lake so don’t recommend! The house did have a really strong odor of cigarette smoke and wasn’t the best first impression. Eventually got used to the smell but aggravated our sinuses. Otherwise house was great and we utilized the amenities well including the grill. Only other negative was the bathtubs were incredibly slippery and both children ending up slipping in the tubs and hitting their heads once- no serious injury but we put an extra towel in the bottom of the tub to avoid slipping. Also microwave had some cleaner used and had smoke coming out of it after use and ruined the food we heated up as it tasted of chemical.

Lovely lakeside holiday house! My partner and our friends stayed for a quick weekend away and couldn’t have asked for a better place. Right on the water with a great kitchen to cook in and comfy beds. Highly recommend — especially if you have jet skis — there’s a boat slip you’re able to use that was very helpful. Wish we could’ve stayed for longer!

Had a great relaxing vacation with my family! This is our 2nd time staying at this house. Great choice if you are wanting an almost like home place to just relax and enjoy the peacefulness of the outdoors. We enjoyed the fishing and were able to catch a lot of catfish!

The great place for the short rest out of stress. We absolutely loved the river view, that opens from the kitchen, living room and of course terrace. The house isn’t big. I don’t think that more than 4 people can stay comfortably there. However, it’s a very good place for four. Beds are comfy, house is clean and it stays warm even in cold nights. There are plenty of space to walk the dog around. But you can also drive to the state park which is just 10 minutes away. Good choice for a calm weekend.

This place was exactly what we were looking for! Super clean, well-kept, and everything felt fresh and welcoming from the moment we arrived. We enjoyed our stay. The lake house was super clean and provided necessities needed for cooking meals. We arrived early, but were not able to get early access, though the place was ready. For the amount we paid, we felt an earlier access would have given us more time to enjoy our time at the lake; check out was super early too. Felt like we really had only one full day to enjoy the place, considering what we paid. But we enjoyed our time together.

Had a great stay here. Nicest spot on the river. The home was clean and comfortable. Only con is that the wifi speed is pretty slow. Other than that everything was good. All the basics like towels, soap, paper towels were stocked in the home.
