Nice place in a good location but wish the pull out couch was more comfortable and AC had worked better.

House was clean and well located for our visit to see family. A fine place to rest after a day of visiting nearby. The staff was responsive and helpful when the internet went out temporarily. The beds are very soft, in case that’s helpful for someone else’s back! Although it is clear in the posting that only a “starter set” of supplies is provided, for us that meant no paper towels in the kitchen and hand soap in only 1 of the 2 bathrooms.

The listing was correct and the check in process was thorough and easy to follow. However upon entering the unit we found a couple items that were in need or replacement. These were things such as the frame for the pullout sleeper which was found to be bent upon trying to use it the first night and therefore unusable. The kitchen sink faucet was also missing it’s head so when you turned on the sink it shot out with such force that water splashed everywhere. I sent a message to the host and they thanked me for the information and said they would be contacting their maintenance team. After the first response, I never heard anything regarding a solution or a plan to correct the items.

Lovely property. Very clean. Small amenities like shampoo, dish soap, sponge, etc were nice. When we had no hot water the first morning, they were very helpful. Just a couple of things that other guests might want to know. Couch only seats 2-3 people and no other comfortable chairs inside. Driveway is extremely narrow. Had to pull into street to get people and luggage into and out of the car. None of that affects our rating. We had a wonderful stay. Thank you!

Was a nice place and location. Had a problem with the door lock and shower curtain however they were very responsive and quickly all was fixed. Great trip to Austin!
