This place was perfect for us on our snowboarding trip! Beds were comfy, kitchen was exactly what we needed to do our own cooking, and the best part was the community hot tub after a long day on the slopes! Everything was very clean and the location was perfect with it being only a couple minutes away from Keystone. Would definitely stay here again!

The stay was great!! Stayed with a few of friends for a ski trip and it was perfect! Lots of board games to pick from in the living room area that we enjoyed quite a bit!

Lots of room to spread out, big table for family game nights, and a wood burning fireplace. A beautiful way to spend a fall break in the mountains!

AIRBNB listing was exactly as described. Love it that it was recently remodeled. Bring your own toiletries bc the samples they have in the bathroom will not be enough. They have 2 coffee makers: keurig pod and regular mr coffee maker, bring your coffee grounds. Property Mgmt was very responsive and addressed all of questions and issues. The parking lot for your car is the one next to the swimming pool, no other areas to park. Easier way to access the unit is really via the patio door. We liked that it was close to Keystone Bike Park and the free shuttle/trolley does route through this property. It is clean and dust free. Will stay again.

We stayed here recently and overall it was a nice, quiet place to stay. The location was peaceful, and once some issues were addressed, we were able to enjoy our time.That said, there were several problems when we arrived. The shower in the master bathroom was not draining properly, and despite asking both through the app and by email, it was never fixed during our stay. This was disappointing. We also noticed some cleanliness concerns, including a poop stain on a bathroom wall, a plastic fork by the bunk bed, and a blanket in the master bedroom with a stain that looked like blood.To their credit, the hosts were responsive about other issues: they tightened a loose toilet base and replaced the battery in the carbon monoxide alarm after it went off in the middle of the night. They were polite and helpful in those instances.If the cleanliness and maintenance issues were addressed more thoroughly—especially the master bathroom shower—I think this would be a really great rental.

Thank you guys, this was awesome. My family and I enjoyed our time away from home. We live in New Mexico and wanted to go to the mountains and enjoy Nature, go for bike rides along the river, we also went white water rafting and that was a very nice experience for the family. We enjoyed our stay, the condo had everything we needed. We cooked breakfast and dinner every day and the home had all we needed to cook and enjoy just like home.

Community is very conveniently located to the slopes and on the bus route. Condo itself had everything we needed and spacious. Ground floor was perfect with 2 ski lockers and parking for 2 cars (which we had). We’ve stayed on several different communities every spring break when we visit and this is our top rated. Management were very quick to respond when we checked if we could access the unit early.

Property management was not helpful. There were no pool towels and only one bath towel per person - the listing said no washer/dryer but property management said we should wash our bath towels in the coin operated facilities if we needed pool towels. You hear every footstep in the upstairs unit which woke our kids each morning. The unit is pretty crowded if you have 4 adults and 4 kids as we did. The hot tub is inside a building which is not the nicest but the outdoor pool was nice.

We loved this cozy spot in Keystone! The rental had plenty of space for group hang time and separated bedrooms for relaxing! Beautiful area and close to Keystone resort bus stop to hit the slopes!

Great location next to a ski bus stop. We used the hot tub every night. Plenty of space. Great response time. The new renovation looked great inside. Would recommend to anyone that needs to sleep 6 and wants to ski.
