Stay connected with Wi-Fi, and enjoy convenient access to on-site community amenities, including indoor/outdoor pools, hot tubs, a sauna, fitness center, and game room with a pool table. Parking for a maximum of one vehicle is provided within the heated parking garage. Entry, parking, and amenity access are all managed through the Village at Breckenridge app.

• Wi-Fi is provided; however, due to the mountain location and areawide infrastructure, speed and reliability can vary and are not guaranteed.
• Pets: This home is not pet friendly.
• Stairs / Elevator: There is an elevator within the building. The building elevator is operated and maintained by the building management, not by us as hosts. While it’s typically available, please note that any maintenance or outages are outside of our control. In Case of emergency kindly use the stairs.
• Check in is at 4:00 PM and checkout is at 10:00 AM. We cannot guarantee or approve early check in or late checkout requests in advance.
• We recommend considering travel insurance, just in case any unexpected changes come up. We do stick to our cancellation policy and want to make sure you're covered!
• We provide bedding, towels and a small starter set of essentials to help get you settled. Feel free to message us for details on what’s included.
• Salt, pepper, and cooking oil are not provided unless otherwise noted.
