This comfortable, family-friendly condo offers room for up to 8 across 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. After a day on the slopes or trails, unwind in the main living area and stream over WiFi, or head to the building’s communal amenities for a soak or swim. Each bedroom has its own flat-screen TV, making it easy for everyone to relax. Mountain views bring the Rockies right to you, and the building elevator helps with gear days.
You’ll be in a true ski-in/ski-out location, with the added perk of being close to the BreckConnect Gondola, Peak 8 Discovery Park, and scenic Nordic Center trails. Onsite community amenities include an indoor pool, hot tub, sauna, fitness room, and BBQ area.

• Parking: Underground garage parking is available for 1 vehicle. Please plan accordingly.
• Building elevator: An elevator is available and operated by building management. While typically available, any maintenance or outages are outside our control; stairs may be required if unavailable.
• Community amenities: Pool, hot tub, sauna, fitness room, and BBQ area are communal and managed by the building; availability, hours, and maintenance are subject to change.
• Fireplace: The fireplace is not functional.
• Pet policy: This home is not pet-friendly.
• WiFi: WiFi is provided; however, due to the Breckenridge area and areawide infrastructure, speed and reliability can vary and are not guaranteed.
• Check in is at 4:00 PM and checkout is at 10:00 AM. We cannot guarantee or approve early check in or late checkout requests in advance.
• We recommend considering travel insurance, just in case any unexpected changes come up. We do stick to our cancellation policy and want to make sure you're covered!
• We provide bedding, towels and a small starter set of essentials to help get you settled. Feel free to message us for details on what’s included.
• Salt, pepper, and cooking oil are not provided unless otherwise noted.

Amazingly location! We loved the bed setup, all of my kids had their own space and didn’t complain about having to haul skis to the mountain!

The Good, the Bad, and the Ugly – A Balanced Review The Good: The location is hard to beat. Peak 8 serves as an excellent central hub with four lifts accommodating all skill levels, making it ideal for groups with mixed abilities. The building also offers easy access to several restaurants and T-Bar, a lively spot perfect for anyone looking for a fun après-ski experience. Our group—three couples and two singles—stayed in a three-bedroom, three-bathroom condo, and the layout was perfect. The space was incredibly roomy, with stunning views. Everything was clean, and the unit was well-stocked with essentials, including a coffee maker, toaster, spices, towels, and extras. The Bad: Key pickup was inconvenient. The location wasn’t walkable, and downtown traffic around 4 PM was brutal, taking us over 40 minutes to retrieve the keys. The Ugly: The outdoor hot tub was still broken, despite previous reviews mentioning the issue. I assumed it had been addressed since the host didn’t provide a

Great overall! If you’re skiing you may want to park down at the gondola, and ski, and then after skiing pick up keys at The Village where you have to (unless they can allow early check in) Then go up to the resort. The fireplace is still not working! Overall great location

Great location and resort amenities. My only complaints are the unit was extremely warm, no matter the temperature setting or turning it off completely. Also, we were only given two keys to share amongst 5 adults which was very inconvenient for the first two days. I would’ve liked to be asked in advance how many keys we needed. I asked for an additional key immediately and didn’t receive one until the end of the second day, and there was a long delay in response to this request. Other than that, the check in/out was easy. I appreciated the items left by previous guests such as detergent, spices, coffee filters.

We booked this “staycation” last minute as we only travelled from Denver. We wanted a weekend where our young kids could swim, hike, we could see colors and relax. We wrote the host prior to coming to ask if the listed fireplace still needed repair. We were told it was working. I asked for an early check in and they said if they could accommodate they would let me know the next day (or check in day). Early the next morning I got a welcome text with our lock box and room number-I assumed that meant we could check in but after a future email from them found out that wasn’t the case. We arrived to a beautiful hotel although it felt “closed.” The pool and indoor hot tub was closed off for work, the outdoor hot tub closed for weeks for foundation issues. The restaurant was closed. There were not grills for the food we brought, and the fireplace they said was working did not work. The unit was spacious and clean. Overall could have been better if the host were empathetic to concerns.

I can't say enough good things about this place. It's super easy to get to the free gondola, the pool is right across from you, you're at the end of the building with only one neighbor, the parking garage is super clean and quiet, and there are a ton of activities to do right out the back door. The 3 bedroom unit was the perfect size for our family, and having 3 bathrooms really spoiled us. We loved that you could take the gondola down into town to eat and shop. If you stay too long and the gondola closes then you just order a shuttle and you're back to your place in no time. This our new favorite place to stay!

We first stayed at a One Ski Hill condo 14 years ago, shortly after it had first opened. The location at the bottom of Peak 8 is impossible to beat, but this unit needs updating. Some issues we found:* The shower in the master bathroom has a faulty shower head that sprays water all over the place and makes it hard to actually shower.* The fireplace doesn't work.* The coffeemaker doesn't make the coffee hot enough so you have to drink it within five minutes of brewing or it's already lukewarm.* The toaster handle broke off when we pushed it down to make toast.The communication from the management company was more frustrating. I had to sign a rental agreement and complete a background check twice before I could get the arrival instructions. And nearly everything in those instructions turned out to be incorrect, often contradicted by instructions in the unit itself. There were errors in the departure instructions as well, like they were copied from some other units managed by the same group that don't apply to this one.Instructions in the unit tell you that you must use the guest ski lockers to store your skis and boots, but the ski valet actually uses those lockers and forbids you from putting things in them yourself. I was sort of freaked out to find my skis taken from the locker without my knowledge.The unit is very close the spa, hot tub, and the (small and aging) gym, however, so that was very convenient. Again, the location and convenience is hard to beat.

The place is wonderful. You have 4 lifts just 10 steps Gondola that takes you to the town and to the peak 7. The suite was clean and everything works well. The only suggestion is that is so inconvenient to take the keys 5 minutes far away by car. You can not have the keys in the lobby. Maybe you should arrange this in order to have a restful and comfortable stay. Thanks

Mattresses desperately need updating. We were under the impression that the third bedroom was a bedroom, but there was no window or closet - more like a converted office. The ice machine & water stopped working around midnight on our second night there. The staff garage door is directly under the Master Suite and was in use all night, both nights. The electronics in the LR are dated and the fireplace was inoperable. The water pressure in the showers is non-adjustable and lacking.

The third room is fully enclosed and accurately described in the listing, though we understand expectations can differ. The fireplace is noted as inoperable in the listing so guests can plan accordingly, and we’ll look into the ice and water dispenser to ensure everything is working properly. We’re also exploring ways to minimize noise transfer in that area for a more restful stay. Guest comfort is always our priority, and we appreciate your input.

The property was perfect for the five of us: my son and daughter-in-law and their two boys (ages 3 and 5). It was spacious, clean, well stocked for our 3-day stay, and the layout was perfect. The kids loved the bunk beds!The overall complex was also great. We bowled and spent a lot of time in the aquatic center. The adults took turns using the fitness center. We also enjoyed taking the gondola into town, the chairlift to the summit, and playing mini-golf. The free shuttle which operates much like Uber was very useful.We would stay here again!

Our stay at this stunning Breckenridge property was absolutely wonderful. We visited in October to spend time with our adult children who live in Colorado, and the home provided the perfect setting for our family getaway. Every detail was thoughtfully designed, beautifully furnished, impeccably clean, and exceptionally comfortable. The location was ideal. It was peaceful, yet close to town, and we were even treated to a moose sighting right near the property! One of our favorite memories was our family night in the private bowling alley, which was the perfect ending to our trip. The hosts were attentive and professional, making our experience seamless from start to finish. We highly recommend this property for anyone seeking a luxurious mountain retreat in Breckenridge.

The condo was clean and very comfortable. The number of rooms accommodated my whole 5-person family. It is located conveniently to the ski hill and ski school. The amenities were also fabulous. Definitely make time for the pool and sauna!
