4 O' Clock Ski-In | Walk to Downtown Breckenridge!

The property, the ski slopes and the business district were easily accessible. The condo was roomy and the kitchen well equipped. Internet access was extremely spotty, so we had to use our own hotspot.

Just as described. Unit was clean and in a great location. The snowflake lift was a block up and to the right. Perfect walking distance. Great for snow sports. Loft is hard to use for adults. Would stay again

The condo was in a great location, close to a bus stop and the snowflake lift. There was a well stocked kitchen and we were very comfortable.

Perfect place to stay within walking distance to the slopes and the town! Quick walk to the ski lift and a quick walk to all restaurants and bars! Place was very clean and stocked with essentials. Communication was great and overall we had a great experience!

Close to lift but not exactly ski in ski out. Quarters are pretty tight but if you are only sleeping there, works great.

The pool and hot tubs pictured are not on the premises they are about 5 minutes away and we were unable to access them because there was no pool pass. There is one small hot tub on premises but it is for the entire two buildings and it was broken. The parking was a nightmare. The condo doesn’t monitor parking passes so there were a bunch of cars that did not have passes and we had to park way down the road in lot F and walk in. The condo itself is cute and well maintained but really wish it wasn’t managed by these large companies. They tell you to call but then don’t answer when you call and then will text you a little while later. Overall the condo did what it needed to. We had a place to sleep and eat, but had we known the parking, and hot tub stuff along with having to constantly reach out to try to deal with everything we would have just booked somewhere else. Definitely just book somewhere else the headache and inconvenience was not worth it.

Great ski-in/out location on 4 O'clock trail. We walked 200 yards up the road each morning to get on the snowflake lift and skied right back to the house at the end of each day. Very convenient location and a short walk to downtown Breckenridge as well. Only negative is the unit is on the 3rd floor and there is no elevator so lots of stairs. The house was well stocked with bathroom and kitchen basics. The hot tub outside the building was great for relaxing at the end of the day. I would certainly stay here again.

We had a great stay at Grand Welcome. They were very responsive and helpful to all of our questions. The place was clean and had everything you would need and then some for a week long vacation. The only thing to maybe pay attention to would be the ladder to the loft, it may be tricky for some people to go up and down. Other than that everything was perfect!

We had a great stay with Grand Welcome. The team was very friendly and quick to respond to all inquiries. The unit was very clean and had all the basics and a little extra. The space was a little tight, but worked well for our family of four. The Snowflake chair lift was a short 5 minute walk, but the 4 o’clock run dropped us off right in the parking lot! Perfect after a long day on the mountain. The hot tub was easily accessible behind the building. We did not use the pool since it was down the block. Overall, a great stay!

Excellent location and host Grand Welcome was very responsive. The kitchen was well equipped and the space was well designed and perfect for a family of five or more. For skiers, the Snowflake Lift is a short walk and its possible to ski home via a trail in the back. We also enjoyed the on site and village hot tubs.
