Important Things to Note
• Self check-in via smart lock + 24/7 local support.
• Parking: 1 vehicle in the heated garage and 1 in the driveway (no street parking). EV charger available in the garage.
• Stairs: The home includes staircases. Please review photos to ensure it meets your accessibility needs.
• Winter driving: Roads are plowed, though AWD/4WD with all-weather or winter tires is recommended in winter months.
• Quiet hours begin at 9:00 PM; please be respectful of neighbors.
• The water in the hot tub is changed periodically to ensure the most sanitary conditions for guests. Thus, it may not be at the optimal temperature upon your arrival. Please rest assured that it will heat up promptly for your enjoyment during your stay.
• This home will be stocked with a starter set of consumables such as soaps and paper products. Guests are advised to either bring or purchase additional after arrival.
• This home is not pet friendly. If there is found evidence of an animal's presence during your stay or post check-out, guests will be charged an additional cleaning fee.
• Wi-Fi is provided; however, due to our rural/mountain location and areawide infrastructure, speed and reliability can vary and are not guaranteed.
• Check in is at 4:00 PM and checkout is at 10:00 AM. We cannot guarantee or approve early check in or late checkout requests in advance.
• We recommend considering travel insurance, just in case any unexpected changes come up. We do stick to our cancellation policy and want to make sure you're covered!
• We provide bedding, towels and a small starter set of essentials to help get you settled. Feel free to message us for details on what’s included.
• Salt, pepper, and cooking oil are not provided unless otherwise noted.

- No wearing ski boots inside the house (wear in the garage only).
- Vacation rental use only.
- Check-In/Check-Out: Early check-in requests within 24 hours of arrival. Late check-out requests by 10 AM the day before departure. Early check-in and late check-out may incur a fee up to $100.
- Occupancy: Follow city occupancy rules; children under 2 not counted. Over-occupancy incurs a $500 fine per extra person.
- Quiet Hours: 9 PM – 8 AM; noise under 60 dBA. $500 fine for noise violations.
- Property Inspection: Notify us of any issues immediately. We may inspect at any time for rule violations.
- Pets: This home is not pet friendly. If there is found evidence of an animal's presence during your stay or post check-out, guests will be charged an additional cleaning fee.
- Cleaning: Dispose of trash in the trash bins and load & run dishwasher upon check-out. Cleaners will remove trash after your stay. Extra trash incurs a $150 fee.
- Utilities & Appliances: Normal utility usage included. Excessive use could incur additional fees. Use appliances as intended.
- Parking: No street parking allowed. Follow local parking rules. Fines for violations.
- Safety & Security: No illegal activities or hazardous materials.
