• WiFi and cell service: WiFi is NOT provided; cell service in Mammoth Lakes can be spotty or occasionally unavailable due to the area’s remote mountain location.
• Community amenities are managed by the HOA and availability may vary
• Please note that Mammoth Lakes is currently experiencing widespread construction throughout the area, including road work and building projects. This is outside of our control and may result in noise during your stay. Refunds will not be issued for disturbances related to local construction.

The out door activities are great.the pool,jacuzzi,sauna,closed to-town,Latino market,shopping center & mammoth 🦣 ski area,red meadow bus,thank you.

I thought the place provided everything I needed for a quick get away. It was right next to the gondola and did not need to use the bus system.

This place is a good bare bones rental in a great location. Walking distance to the village and gondola (about 10 minutes). Check-in was seamless as they give you the door code and you can let yourself right in. It can comfortably fit 3 people. It's no frills but it's warm and comfortable enough. There is no wifi so if you need to work this isn't the place for you. We absolutely loved going through the VHS collection, using the VCR and watching a movie on the old TV from the 90s. I'm giving this place 5 stars because it is exactly as advertised and we had a great time.

The place is worth what it is priced. The highlights are location, host responsiveness, ambiance, and their extensive selection of VHS/DVDs: we loved watching the old movies after a long day on the slopes. \n\nOne drawback to note is the lack of WiFi/weak cell service in the Unit. Overall I give it 4.5 stars

Absolutely basic , kitchen had steak knives from sizzler , pans no lids , no range fan , 1 trash bad . Firewood for one fire 3 hours worth . No wifi Tv from Atari days and no cable . Moves from blockbuster sale . Oh yeah furniture so tired could be treasure chest . Good points close to village and heaters worked

I thought the Airbnb was very conveniently located to the gondola that takes you to Canyon Lodge and it was nice to have a Jacuzzi, steam room, ping-pong, game room at this Airbnb location.
