🚗 Parking, Safety & Notes
• Parking: One assigned underground parking space (#114). Garage clearance is 7'1". A parking pass is provided and must be displayed while parked.
• Elevator: Elevator access is available but is maintained by the HOA. Temporary outages may occur, and stairs may be required.
• Community Amenities: Community amenities are managed by the HOA. Availability, hours, and maintenance schedules may vary. The seasonal pool, BBQ stations, and picnic area are open during the summer months. Three hot tubs and the sauna are typically available year-round.
• Winter Note: The HOA may temporarily cover exterior windows during winter to protect against falling icicles.
• Construction: Aspen Creek is undergoing community-wide siding and window improvements. Construction may occur between 7:00 AM and 8:00 PM, and guests may experience noise, debris, and limited access in some areas.
• WiFi & Cell Service: WiFi is provided; however, due to Mammoth Lakes' mountain location, internet speeds, reliability, and cellular service can vary and may occasionally be unavailable.
• Pets: This home is not pet friendly. Evidence of a pet during your stay or after checkout will result in an additional cleaning fee.
• Check-In/Out: Check-in is at 4:00 PM and checkout is at 10:00 AM. Early check-in and late checkout cannot be guaranteed.
• Local Construction: Mammoth Lakes is currently experiencing ongoing road work and new development throughout the area. Construction activity and related noise are outside of our control, and refunds will not be issued for disturbances associated with local construction.

Pets are not allowed.

This stay was very pleasant, with clean and comfortable rooms and complete facilities. The landlord is hospitable and offers a lot of useful advice. The geographical location is advantageous, with convenient transportation and the surrounding living facilities are also very convenient. In short, it was an excellent stay experience and highly recommended to everyone. I will choose this place again next time.

The location of this condo is excellent and very convenient for accessing the area, and the overall amenities were as described. The host communicated promptly throughout our stay, which we appreciated.Unfortunately, there was no power in the second bedroom for the entire trip. This meant no lights, no heat, and no working outlets in that room, so the TV and Wi-Fi were also initially unavailable. We notified the host on the first night. A technician came the following afternoon, but there was confusion about key access after we had been told we would not need to be present. The first visit did not resolve the issue, and a second technician arrived later that day. He was courteous and did manage to run an extension cord to restore the TV and internet, but the second bedroom still had no lighting or heat for the duration of our stay.While the host remained communicative, coordinating these visits significantly disrupted our plans and time on the mountain. The only compensation offered was 288, which did not feel commensurate with losing full use of one bedroom for the entire stay. A refund equivalent to at least one night would have felt more reasonable.Because of this unresolved issue, we would not choose to stay here again.

Great location, ample sleeping room, solid price. Only downside is limited parking (1 spot per unit, no additional parking) and couches are very old and are due to be replaced

Great location just a few minutes’ walk from Eagle Lodge. The place was fully stocked with amenities and the host was very responsive. The only downside was the loveseat sofa in the living room, which tends to sink in.

location location location!! what a fantastic location for walking distance to eagle for snow sports. we really enjoyed the underground parking and the ease of unloading our things from the car to the apartment as well! we weren’t sure if we were just blessed with particularly heavy footed folks in the unit above us, but if you’re a light sleeper this might be something to consider if booking this unit. but besides that, we loved the set up of the apartment (six seats at the dining room table fit everyone for meals) and the kitchen is big enough for two people to be in there prepping for the gang. we have been to mammoth multiple times and this might be my favorite lodging i have ever booked here! the property management company was also very prompt with requests- we asked for more trash bags and dishwasher detergent pods and they delivered very promptly.

Great location, 5 min walk to Eagle lodge, even with young children. Clean and well equipped. Has a sloped backyard for snow play / sledding fun! Beautiful view of the mountains! Looks better than the pictures. Very quiet. Kids loved it so much that they wanted to live there! Would definitely stay again. Some upgrades would be great.
